Sustained performance. Looking good for the half year result in July too.

The trend seems to be for 3-5%/day so hope we hold above 4%. Things calming down already but the day is young.

Anyone setting up such a move would do well to heed ICL. When I set up my first, I tested the water with £200 and it cost me the fixed price (£15?) plus less than £1 in difference between sell & buy-back price. The next transfer was for £19.8K now that I knew how it worked. The shares do not transfer, only the monetary value, so the shorter the gap between buying and selling, the less likely that the sp will change by much.

With the warrant adding 1/5th to the holding (total c.38.5m), the HNWer could sell off around 10m shares @10p in 4 weeks or so, recover all £900k invested, and keep enough back to pay for the warrants and a decent holiday - and still end up with 28M shares prior to a T/o 6-12months down the road for 40-80p.
I suspect that there will be no 10m sell-off though, as anyone with that sort of cash is not likely to be short of a few quid - if it does turn out to be Melinda, proceeds likely to go back into the foundation in order to fund a new stage of development here or elsewhere.

Slightly shy of 110,000 shares so value will be 20p*110,000/220 = 110,000*20/220 = 110,000p/11 = £100.
That puts me at about £97 less selling cost £12 = £85 providing the sp is still worth 20p in 6 months.
If it turns out to be worth 2p in 6 months, it will cost more to sell the shares than to keep them.
I will just be glad to wipe them off my portfolio as it is just cluttering up my investments.

With no more than 5 weeks to go, MMs will make hay (£££) while the sun shines (buoyant market). They are not particular who gets fleeced, but the naive tend to be first in line.

Spot on. Was 4% gain, then spread changed, now 3% gain. But the motive for changing the spread was almost certianly to camouflage the true buy/sell status.

Being vaccinated is like moving to the INSIDE of the castle walls. The castle walls are not impregnable, but the odds of living into old age are greatly increased over those who still live on the pasture land when the vikings arrive.

If 83 k shares were worth 10p per share, that is worth £8,300 but still well under the CG threshold. Just get them into an Isa, before end of June.
The closer we get to July the greater the risk you will get caught in an upward surge - eg you will sell 83k but only be able to buy 80k for the same cost. Best do a Bed & Isa transfer if you can, as this will minimise any reduction possibly as low as 100 shares.

You are nowhere near the capital gains threshold - just transfer the holding into an Isa and they will be exempt from further tax. Ask your broker about Bed & Isa transfer or just sell and repurchase the shares via an Isa.

Are we expecting trials to conclude at end of June? If so, how long is it likely to take for results to be published/ announced.

Some years ago I did some digging into tax liability for my bro. I could not get any straight answers on the shares element of a Sipp. It seemed to me that HMRC only take the cash element of a Sipp or Isa into account in their calcs. As he is disabled and lives off benefits, they will be cut if his savings go above £6k so (rightly or wrongly) I have suggested that if his 100k Sar shares explode, he should sell them in small chunks keeping the cash element under £6k, then hand the cash to his wife to build up her Isa, before cashing in the next batch.

If you leave a chunky amount in your Sipp, I believe you are able to pass this on to your childrens individual Sipps without IHT kicking in. So £1m can be left to 3 kids and say a brother say £3×300k plus £100k to a sibling (going on memory so please check).

I am expecting news on milestone payment, 1802 & 1802 progress within the same RNS, or as a progressive "news build" in 6-9 weeks from now. Some sort of "Pills by Christmas" message should hit the headlines around that time - Boris needs all the distractions he can muster. Those cards will be on the table if we are to hit 10+p.
