No biggy, this is just confirming completion which by definition must be retrospective. It also affirms that Sareum only has a partial interest with CPF being the main player. Hopefully, with the ball and chain removed 737 will be available for further research - but at the end of the day it is a sideshow for which we hold a few tickets in the stalls (1801 is the Royal Box).

Almost back to the position before the 737 panic set in when Sierra decided not to pursue. Hoping to see something break out before March, but never been good at predictions.

Glad to hear that MM, the spine is something about which I am always careful (what's left of it). Did some damage just before Christmas but my traction rack seems to have resolved the problem so just weaned off the naproxen last week. I guess you have taken plenty of "medication" so hope Lord R, provides you with a few supplements too. Hope you get a good payout here, then you can buy yourself a Michelin Man outfit - you know it makes sense. I look in from time to time but have a much reduced stake these last few years. ATB

When HNWI's bought in and consolidation happened we hit around £3.3, so hoping that this will double on good news (£6-6.5) or those HNWI's will become Medium NWI's. Expecting a blow within weeks (8? or less)

With the wisdom of hindsight, I'd like not to fall into the trap of having another pharma stitching up 737 by taking it out of circulation for years. I'd like an up front payment plus 6-monthly exclusivity payments, increasing by 10-20% pa. The longer they keep it on the shelf, the more it will cost them. Hope CPF will nail it next time.

It is a situation not of the BoD's making, and will resolve itself in due course - hopefully by end of Feb. Even so the bod are looking at other regulators in order to have a plan B. It is a shame that the bid did not get into trials before these cuts came into force but we are wgere we are. Hope to see rapid progress from Q2.

Must agree, not all are sells. When I see 2 transactions of similar amounts, and "clustered" within seconds or maybe a minute of each other, I tend to think that someone is moving shares from a regular dealing account into an ISA (if it's under £20k). Today there were a few transactions of either similar value or similar number in clumps - there were even 3 identical trades (fishy?) as there are usually contra entries (pairs of + & -) - so as all three transactions were below the midpoint, it looks suspect to me. One scenario could be "sell £500 shares, and here is £300 cash on top so buy £800 into my ISA" - so the dealer sold, then bought £500 but put them back into the regular account by mistake, so had to sell them again before adding the £300 in cash to buy £800 of the same shares into an ISA. All sorts of genuine mistakes take place as well as underhanded transactions - we will never be told, but we can be wary.

When the sp drops 33%, it then has to gain 50% to get back to where it started to slide. Perception is all. If you believe in the product, hold. If you don't, sell. Nothing about the product has changed, only the administrative process is flawed. A storm in a teacup.

They Canut push against market tides. After 3 months cold turkey, and price stagnation I'm back to daily checks. My lowest alert is set for £3.50, so above that and I'll start to succumb to my addiction/affliction. If all goie well with ealy trials we might get some more HNWI activity which will push us to infinity (about £5) and beyond (£6.50).

Even if rain does not majorly impact production figures until next month, the sunflower oil scarcity continues to push up the price/tonne -so we should have a very healthy cash balance. Still waiting for 12p by Y/end.

The fundamentals for me are: 1) are we producing the right product, for an appreciating market, at the right time and 2) are we making a decent profit when compared to our competitors?

The final results are getting closer to publication. The number crunching has been done for weeks, so it is just about how the BoD want to dress the window. Any loans could probably be cleared as the coffers are swimming in cash - so are they planning further investment, land acquisition, production facilities expansion, local grants to smallholders or even a dividend. Exciting times.

Some of these will be Bed'n Isa deals. Remember that with this type of deal only the difference in price of the transaction is significant - both can be below mid price or above it, or stradle it. A good time to B&I is when spread is small but it makes no difference to the PI where the prices sit in relation to the mid-price BUT it does make it easier for an MM to give a false impression if they represent both trsnsactions as buys or both as sells. Seeing 4 transactions around £10k could just be one £20k B&I. Nor do they have to add up to a round £20k as a PI may want to retain some cash for further trading. Do not take everything at face value, you know it makes sence.

Over £400k shares purchased so far today - slightly more than those reported sold - yet we are down 7%. Would not be surprised to see a last minutes Buy to take it up to £500k.
The 7% fall is nothing - we are still ahead of Tuesdays opening price and could easily hit +20% once that order is filled.

earlier in the week I was thinking the reason for the sp failing to break through 3p was probably down to a big buy order at say £2.95 or a bit lower - i.e. it was being held down to fulfil an MM obligation. Still of the same opinion, but this drop suggests to me that not enough shares are available, so in desperation the MMs have initiated a tree-shake. I hope all here will not fall for it and the MMs will get their collective fingers burned. It will only be a temporary wince because the dice are loaded in their favour - so as soon as news hits us (shortly) they will make it all back by widening the spread as soon as the stampede gets under way. Take the opportunity to buy if you can afford to as I suspect the next spike will mean £3 is a distant memory.
