To get some idea you need to know what the buyer has already and how one or more Sareum products fit into their portfolio. Are they buying to shelve, develop or manufacture, and can they make some cash back by selling the bits they do not need. It is not a simple answer, and the next question is " Which Wednesday?"

Could it be that Sierra were told that another is waiting in the wings, so rather than hand over Sar 737, thay have agreed to expedite for a cut in the payments. The only problem I have with that is there is no transparency on how, or by when they are expediting. If Tim does not have such assurances, they are simply blowing smoke up his chimney.

Even with 80% take up and 80% immunity, that still leaves one third uncovered.

We have a product with such potential to have a calming influence on Covid19, as to transform the symptoms from "Deadly to Moderate". In order to prove this, we need to fund a substantial set of Trials and provide corroborating Data, which costs Money. Up until now much of the money spent has come from PI's or Grants - we need VC's, Grants or II's to come in, crack the whip, and Deliver with Haste (which means cutting out delays between funding initiatives, by providing a bucket of cash up front).
However this is done is of little consequence to those on ventilators, but it needs to be done quickly - not that it will save THEM, but that it gives them hope for their kids and grandkids who could be six months or more away from a jab, or possibly in the minority who will not respond to the vaccine. If by popping pills for a week (like with antibiotics) we cut the death rate by 90-95%, it will be money well spent regardless of how it is raised. And finally, should a vaccine resistant strain suddenly burst onto the scene, would it not be great if pharmacies already had something on the shelf that would help.

If as most countries, the Germans are looking to vaccinate the elderly before the working age population, if they believe the 8% efficacy rate, why bother with the OxAz offering? All the more for us.
As for the therapeutics, if they cover a broad spectrum of life threatening symptoms (i.e. covid variant independence) then surely Boris's advisory group should be advising him to throw some cash our way to kick of trials.

£6m raise would involve issuing 10% of current shares - that means my holding would still be worth 90% of whatever I'd make from the status quo. If that means moving at "warp speed" (who said that?), it could be worth it as I'd have saved a year or two of travel time (assuming a) covid does not get me again and, b) travel restrictions are lifted next year). No point having £1m and 5 years to live when you can have £900K and start to spend it 2 years earlier.
Tim's work is substantially done, like the guy who designed the "mini", if he never designed another car, his place in history was secure from that point.

You can only add £20k per tax year to an ISA. The way HL do the Bed & ISA is they want you to allow 3 days. This allows them to shift a bunch of shares when the market is not volatile. I believe they nail the Isa " buy" before they invoke the "sell" thus minimising your loss with a minute spread. They only charge for a single transaction too. Someone recently mentioned they had suspended B&I's due to covid - sounded fishy, so DYOR. As for HL and their 3 days, the longest for me was next day.

But not great either.
Eg. To drop from 2.5p to 1.5 is a 40% drop.
To rise from 1.5 to 2.5 requires a 66% increase.
At 14% per day, we'd need to repeat that percentage 4 days on the trot. Maybe we will.
