Let’s see if this is the usual, the last games above 2p then back, killed the volume /liquidity under 2p, but the RNS yesterday and a rise is hardly a shocker.

The significance of being not down much is all these are factored in by larger investors I would assume as even I have made assumptions on what will or will not be converted to make an informed choice on potential market cap.

Also as mentioned by someone earlier and me last week they have killed the volume at these levels now with the fall back below 2p the last week for a few I would imagine so liquidity at this level is not great for shift shares so I would expect a step up soon.

Maybe there are just giving forward notice of what they are planning 😂

Similar view to me Finallyretired, I have enough in COPL at a low ish average that I expect to come good and offer me a decent retirement option.

Tilburn, and when COPL start to produce communication that joins the dots then the market can start to factor some future value in as it is currently not doing so, but that is more to do with the financial mechanics being played out.

Eazy, if they are seeming the positive reaction to injection then I would hope the ops update gives some very clear indication on bopd currently being achieved on the day of the update and then some forward looking information on direction of bopd.

Update on JV is difficult so would expect some generic statement on progress well etc etc.

There is a chance for COPL to change the communication and sentiment coming up very shortly and basically indicate the disconnect in the SP, if that’s not taken then disappointing would be an understatement.

Will be interesting what happens next week as they have killed the trading volume at these levels now so I assume a move of some description can’t be far off to stimulate more volume.

This rise to date in my opinion has never been based on results from a random drill in the ground so let’s see what happens in the coming days.

Let’s hope COPL start to show their performance in the field, financially and from a PR perspective is heading in the right direction.

On a wider point the drop back below 2p yesterday basically confirmed to me I won’t buy/sell anymore until it reaches what I consider fair value and I will let them play with their own ball till then without my involvement.

Must admit I was thinking about pulling a few shares out but they are wanting decent chunks at the moment so something still happening in the background

Get the feeling there is some realisation that if this drops back to the 1.7 mark then they will struggle to get the sells through so hopefully some common sense on the market cap might start to prevail. As also though time will tell

Eazy, what’s the interest in the Sept figures, based on what the company recently announced. I know devil is in the detail on certain wells, but we might see some up movement in oct, but now I am keen to see NOV / DEC which is basically 2024 unless COPL start up the monthly reporting, which if I was them I would do as it should be positive messages going forward.

Stas, I think we can agree the figures next week for sept will not be exciting but I must admit I would love to know what Octobers were next week. I live in hope that if things are on the move in the right direction COPL management might feel that telling people that at the start of every month might be useful, but based on history it’s safe to say they are not bothered in doing that lol

Trans, why do you keep saying “if the JV is real” there is a legally compliant RNA telling you an LOI is signed in respect to it.

By all means say you don’t believe it will actually happen but the constant nonsense about might not be real and it’s sideline is exactly that, nonsense.

Oct numbers could be interesting but remember they informed us recently they were at 1200bopd at start October so I have resigned to actually seeing some progress in NOV / DEC which means we don’t see these till 2024 as the monthly updates seemed to have been stopped from COPL after only a couple.

Sit back wait for the financial rubbish to finish and then enjoy it from there.

Decent holding and over time I have got the average to basically the last financial event at 2.6p

If I don’t do well with the QTY and average I will be shocked but I remember thinking I would do well by end of 2022 and now it’s should be in profit in 2023 and do well in 2024.

Just need to hope this company does not work out more ways to ignore the shareholders point of view.

There is a value disconnect and that rarely carries on forever but would be great if the BOD can start to take PI’s seriously and start to demonstrate results that affect the sp in the right direction.

I think the key is that it’s not new information and we have already been told this was going to happen up to a certain value.

You can have an opinion nothing will be signed if you want but to suggest nothing is potentially in existence is pure fantasy.

There are many RNA’s referencing it and there is even a signed LOI which has again been confirmed in a legally verified RNA. Lucky I have experience of LOI’s and typically know what goes in them and they are generally done for the parties to potentially advance spend on the agreement if it’s needed so there is comfort in the fact the parties are serious or it’s done knowing its now going into the legal process of contracts etc which provides both parties that spending money on that process is worthwhile and no chance of a 3rd party gatecrashing.

Will it 100% happen, of course not anything can go wrong but does a potential JV exist, of course it does.

Will be really interesting to see what the SP once the nonsense financial games stop, which they will do eventually.

Or a company changing event occurs (JV) should have an interesting effect on the SP as well.

Getting so bored of the games being played out financially I have actually stopped looking regular now and will just one day check and hopefully be pleasantly surprised.
