I would not disagree with you.
The area that the pilot plant needs to operate in to repay debt must be tested, drilled etc, because if that doesn't work effectively then you are into problems, first interest payment issues then default issues, so drilling and testing on the immediate area is paramount.
Assuming that the plant runs efficiently, according again to George you are on a tight timeline and deadline to run efficiently to repay the debt, then to build money to test the wider area, small pilot plants have limited lifespans, all of them wear out, but pilot plants have shorter lifespans.
If you get through the debt period and the plant continues to run effeciently then you can build funds to test the wider area, but you are looking at 18 months plus here. It takes 12 months minimum to build a small production plant, over two years a large one, a small plant you have to find 65 million dollars, much more for a larger one, where will that money come from? Another two years small plant production?
