Roman, Daz is on our board too, I find he is ok. If you post an incorrect fact he will question it and we all go over it, but we see that as a fail safe to losing money - not a toys out of the pram moment.
After all, we are investing money and we want as much awareness as possible.
Prem investors, apart from a couple of prominent happy clappers are surely the same?
I am just interested in this little pilot plant and how it progresses.

I reckon Prem are pretty confident that they can run that little pilot plant on the small claims licence for at least 24 months, enough to repay the debt, own the plant and run another 12 months to fill up their coffers and keep Prem going.
Above that I reckon it is on the results of the exploration licence.
Like we all say we hope these are good.

Snowking, however Acker appears unable to listen to Prems own CEO and presentations or even read their own RNS.

Generally speaking share boards share facts and people give their own opinions on various subjects connected with the share.

DFS this year, where is that from? Nothing I read or heard. There is a long defined process for those.

Snowking, definitely no DFS, you have misread or misheard something.
I hope it is paid off in six months, but the last presentation said 12 months.
6 months would be better, then they may prove a resource within a further 12 to 18 months while accumulating some money towards a production plant.

Cosmo, plus I don't believe that the price will reduce as much or rapidly as some predict, I am not in that camp
So while this is the long way round, in my opinion, and real production is a long way off, like Daz says it all may work.
Two things which made me think the lithium price tail off will not be as soon as predicted, are Volvo's articulated lorry which, when connected to the contact power source can recharge in 30 minutes. The other is the convenience of electric vehicles and lack of serviceable parts, in the third world engine rebuilds, oil and engine serviceable parts are a huge expense as is fuel to them on their wages, electric mopeds and scooters are like servicing a bicycle, brakes, tyres, wheels and not much else. The motors don't need touching and they will be able to recon existing motors cheaply eventually when they expire. They are already catching on, where there is no government pressure to do so
I think demand will accelerate beyond supply and extend the high price.
But that is just my opinion. Not in a Prem release.

Acker, you guys have posted so much on our site you have caught my interest regarding pilot plants.
We are in a dead period as you know, waiting as you do with shares.
This is interesting, while I will not invest with no proven resource, it has caught my interest.
Cheers to the guys who came over and kept posting about it, but here is the correct place.

Snowking - at least you acknowledge the 12 months. So if it is quicker it may be 8 or so, I hope so, nobody wants it to fail.
After this the money goes into Prems pot and the pressure is lowered on their cash reserve.

Snowing, you are disregarding your CEOs own words. It is a small pilot plant, they never run at the efficiency levels of full production plants, the costs per tonne are much higher, George hoped in the future for 1200 dollars per tonne. In the future he has been informed by the plant engineers that there are modular upgrades, but he didn't want to comment on these as he was unsure. But he said that was well down the road.
As far as efficiency levels go it must run efficiently to repay the debt, once this is repaid and it is testing wider ground by nature that is not going to be as efficient, therefore overheads will rise.
This is not negative, it is just how it is.
If the pilot plant works, pays off the debt, funds and proves wider lithium resources, funds a production plant after all of this you go into production and into the money.
This is a long journey.

Acker, what I find incredible on here is a complete dismissal of what is written in the last RNS, your last company presentation and George's interviews.
Remove all of the silliness in the posts and Prem has done ok to get where they are.
I agree that the no dilution route is an interesting one. That route is a gamble, assuming everything goes ok, that the lithium price is still high when Zulu will eventually self fund their own production plant which is likely to be three years or more away.
If during production lithium falls by 50%, it would be easier to have a 50% jv once the resource is proven.

Romanwolf, listen to his interview - it appears that you are selective with your hearing.
Did you hear the 12 month repayment period in the last presentation?

I would not disagree with you.
The area that the pilot plant needs to operate in to repay debt must be tested, drilled etc, because if that doesn't work effectively then you are into problems, first interest payment issues then default issues, so drilling and testing on the immediate area is paramount.
Assuming that the plant runs efficiently, according again to George you are on a tight timeline and deadline to run efficiently to repay the debt, then to build money to test the wider area, small pilot plants have limited lifespans, all of them wear out, but pilot plants have shorter lifespans.
If you get through the debt period and the plant continues to run effeciently then you can build funds to test the wider area, but you are looking at 18 months plus here. It takes 12 months minimum to build a small production plant, over two years a large one, a small plant you have to find 65 million dollars, much more for a larger one, where will that money come from? Another two years small plant production?

Snowking, from George's interview, min 1200 dollars per tonne but much higher in the initial stage.
In the last presentation that Prem had, the repayment period was 12 months.
Listen to the presentation and you will hear it for yourself.
The interview with the overheads per tonne was linked in here. His interviews go on a bit, so I don't fancy listening through them again. Generally 60 minutes!

Snowing, I saw the assay results. You are now contradicting your other posters.
You are saying there is a budget for drilling and they are going down a standard route to establish a resource.
Your counterparts are saying that Prem is going down a less well travelled route of establishing a resource, once the debt is repaid using the pilot plant.
However other posters in here appear to be forgetting about debt, forgetting about proving a resource and think they are in the money when a little pilot plant starts operating.
That pilot plant on initial operation is likely to cost in the region of 2,500 dollars per tonne in overheads.
If the input material on the small claims licence is extremely high grade and concentrated you may get that efficiency down to 1200 dollars per tonne. This is all Prem info that you seem to decide not to discuss on here.
It is a pilot plant not a production plant.
Until you test the material on the exploration licence area you have no idea of efficiency levels, so making them up on a board will not make them real
However, in reality as range rover posted below it is an achievement, it will be interesting when the material starts flowing and after the debt is paid in 12 months time it will be interesting to see what the wider land holds and if it is viable to mine.

Happyhols, what level of resource is there? None of it is confirmed, that is the purpose of the pilot plant.
The pilot plant is on a tiny piece of land, 3km square with a small claims licence on it, the remaining land has an exploration licence only.
The pilot plant and the 3km patch has to first repay the debt, then build some funds to explore the surrounding ground.
There is no production plant.
Read the Leo Lithium site if you want to see what a production plant is, how much money it takes to set up and how long it takes to build.
This is a small pilot plant. But hopefully for you guys it finds lithium, repays the debt, funds the rest of your exploration and if it all works out you may have a small production plant in 2025-2026.
You are way off target with where you are.
Read your last RNS properly, listen to George Roach's previous interviews properly and look at Leo Lithium's site and see what real production involves.
Look at the acreage of Atlantic, Leo Lithium and Kod. Then you may see your roadmap.

Aspen, maybe, but power stations are not built in short spaces of time especially in cash strapped African nations.
In the short term there is currently an energy and fuel crisis in Zimbabwe.
To remain in the here and now.
How will that affect the plant operation and haulage?
Does the shortage of water for electricity impact the water source for the pilot plant?
I never heard George mention this, or any mention in the last presentation?

Aspen, electricity hopefully will not be an issue for the pilot plant, but may be an issue if they are successful in building a lithium resource, for full production in a few years time, they have an energy crisis:

Another aspect of this, hopefully a one off, is the shortage of power is due in the main to a shortage of water. This should not affect a small pilot plant with low throughout, but later on if moving to a larger plant it may be a concern.

Wolf, without a proven resource as Prem sits now, the pilot plant will either support continuing, through lithium quality and output or not support continued working.
However the small claims licence is on a tiny area, 3km square, the wider area with an exploration licence also needs testing to see if that area is commercially viable. It will be interesting to see any sampling from those areas after the debt is repaid on the plant.
Leo Lithium being a good comparator of a lithium project years further down the road, requires 100 square kilometers not 3 square kilometers to support their value.
My career could influence some investors on some boards so that will remain private.

Share price activity means nothing unless you are a trader, in which case movement is everything.
You only have to look at share movement since inception with the likes of NNN and see to longer term investors this means nothing.
It is assets against debt, net asset value and future profit which drives real growth rather than sentiment.
If the pilot plant demonstrates good lithium quality and in sufficient quantities, once the debt is repaid, George can start sampling around the areas in the exploration licence area and doing calculations.
