Daz I agree, the wet season could have a big impact, but would affect Leo too.
Obviously I want the current processes finished and the cash in, but I am more excited about the drilling campaign and results off Bougouni than the start date of the plant. I really think we have a monster resource undiscovered, I want to see as much of those figures before the plant starts in case Hainan go for a full buyout.
The value we know now, could be a small part of the final value in my opinion.
That drilling budget is massive, it has not been requested and granted for no reason.

It needs to, if I can get time I will e mail Bernard with some suggestions which will make it clearer for investors when researching.
I find similar scenarios when working from hotels and B&B, if the owners have worked from hotels they nail it perfectly, if they have not, they get defensive and do not understand why a few insignificant (to them) details are worth raising at all. But unfortunately also do not understand why they are half full when others are fully booked. It is not as if it is costly either.
The website designers are not investors or researchers and nobody who is an investor is overseeing the work.

Paper lol. I also struggled to read anything about us either. The parent company is very global, but last time I looked nothing about us, however Hainan are very Chinese. No doubt once the deal is done the parent company may bring global influence to their website. At least that is one website more difficult for us to understand than Kodals website. 50/50 for a new investor.

Paperdunk, that is correct, it looks as if Hainan may have given it the ok and we are about to submit, if they are being photographed with officials.
Once submitted it is supposed to be a quick process.
However we will be waiting for Hainan to get their approval for the markets etc too, although they reckon that is fairly quick too.

I know everything here is really good and sound like a bit of a moaner but if you pretend you know nothing and read it, you would be a mile behind where we are and elements are just plain confusing.
It would be better with simple landing pages for each, what they have where they are up to and the last updated date, for each lithium site and each gold site. Rather than loads of out of date stuff.

I don't think that gives a good impression. They are so good on the ground it lets them down.
Seems like they want to creep in under the radar. Opposite to most AIM companies.

These plans Kodal are submitting are really technical. Hopefully they will be finished soon.

Mines need loads of water, so it is no surprise we are near a river. The plans are changed from a large flotation plant down to a DFS plant, with a flotation plant following. Total over 300,000 tonnes output. The DMS plant creates middlings, part rock part lithium which will need crushing and putting through the flotation plant. So the plans alter the existing site to accomodate the DMS plant, everything that stock piles to go in, spod out, tailings out and middlings out. Everything that comes out is wet and needs to drain and remove sediment. However in countries that have monsoons creating drainage so that water does not add to the tailings, Spod or middling water is complicated, then also you have the issue of the river rising, you don't want that to carry anything into the river, but when the river rises drainage is more complicated, the water must be taken away, our river drains near roads have a huge value, heavy swinging round door looking device, which shuts when the river rises, Mines can't do this as the rain water needs keeping out of their sediment ponds etc. I saw in their technical drawings that they are creating a huge burr to raise everything to ensure this does not happen.
This is the same with every mine, nothing new, but you get the idea of what they are working on.

The middlings storage area will be large as a flotation plant takes a while to build. In addition the layout will be different to work with the flotation plant when built. Big optimization task, should be finished soon as they have been working on it for a while, Hainan will be looking at it all too as they carry liability with us.

I have never seen a board where individuals who are supposed to be invested in a share, argue against someone who quotes what the company states. Insanity.

A few facts stated by the company denied below:

The loan will be repaid from the first 12 months of production. Last company presentation, the most up to date one. Denied on these boards.

George in an an interview about the little pilot plant, it would be good if eventually we could get the costs down to around 1200 dollars per tonne, but they are going to be much higher than that, then went with a lengthy explanation. Denied below, they have used the figure mentioned if the modular plant can be extended, but that is more money and not in the next 12 months.

He opened a sentence, because of all of the questions about production, he said let me be absolutely clear, no competent person would sign off a DFS on that ground he also the pilot plant is to find and support the resource.

But no the common thread running through here is as if they know all of the ground and the pilot plant will run to maximum efficiency. That is unknown.

Personally my own thinking is that they have a good idea of what is in the ground to run 18 to 24 months only, that would repay the debt and give them enough cash to start another venture if the wider ground was not as good. But that would leave a 150m market capitalisation high and dry.

On this board people are talking as if it is an efficient production plant working through a proven resource, it is most definitely not, it is a little pilot plant with a relatively short life and not efficient like a production plant. Which is why the cheapest small production plant is three times the cost.

Get the little pilot plant up and running, pay off the debt then accumulate some cash.
Start working on the surrounding area and build up information on lithium resource underpinned by a DFS.
You should have a DFS in around 2 years then can either save for your own plant or sell out.
DFS minimum 2 years, small production plant 3 years, larger production plant, depends how much larger it is.
Small production plant will cost 80m with some working capital.
Not a two minute job.

One thing I am picking up is these guys know how to burn cash and you have nothing to show for it.

That plant better work well from day one, or you could run out of money.

Acker, this board was never serious, multi bagging, going into production, DFS all complete nonsense.

George has signed on the dotted line, hopefully there is sufficient lithium on the 3km square small claims licence to repay the debt for the plant, as you don't even own that.
Once the plant starts up it is a case of nervousness until it runs properly and counting down each month until the debt is repaid.
After that and a little cushion in the bank, you can get working on accumulating a lithium resource, hopefully it ticks up high enough to justify this market cap, you will need a real NPV through a DFS of 500 to 600m just to warrant this market capitalisation, hopefully find more to getting to the profits you are all dreaming of on here.
Leo lithium is sat at a 600m market cap with 120m tonnes of proven lithium resource, four times your current market cap.

You have a little pilot plant on debt and a lot of hope riding on the results.

Jimtrade, 150m market capitalisation, would need 100% of around a 600m dollar NPV going into production next year.
No DFS, no production plant being built and NPVs plucked out of thin air.
One way but not the way you think it appears.

Kenny100, Leo Lithium 100 square kilometers, KOD 97 square kilometers. PREM is small at 3km.
The exploration licence area once tested, maybe next year, year after is where your profit will lie.

Wolf Suzhou and Prem only have to be confident of repaying the loan and producing revenue for another year. If they can run the plant for 24 months neither of them will be losers.
This then removes the risk of exploring the exploration licence land.
The size of the market capitalisation/high share price has created the risk for shareholders, nothing else Prem owns could pull you out of this 150m hole if the wider ground is not viable.
But that doesn't really matter, the traders are laughing here.
This is how they earn.
