Traders getting upset when people post alternative views.
The smart ones will have made their money and be out.
The internet trolls after it falls will be saying all about averaging down etc and how masterful they were.
Other people will be pointing out their contradictory posts and so forth.
Happens every time.
Good share bad share? Shares simply have a value, this one is way overpriced as you traders already know but are still enticing mugs.

Cosmo, I am not in the least frustrated with share rises like this one.
I have seen loads of them in the past, brilliant for traders that is how they make their money.
It is gold dust for them.
Hopefully when it drops, which it will over the following year, only traders are burned.
I have seen much worse stock rise much higher than this as I am sure you will have too.

There is nothing tangible here to support a 150m plus market capitalisation.

After debt is repaid if it all goes really well, which believe it or not I do hope it goes well, I would reckon on around 8m gross profit per month. But the ground has to be good for that result.
Obviously when they start sampling the wider ground next year it is likely to drop.
That is gross profit not turnover. You then have prems overheads George and co to deduct from those profits, drilling etc.

Mining it in a commercially viable way is the issue.

Google lithium pilot plants, they are everywhere including some in the UK.

How many turn into production plants is the issue.

This market cap today would be about right for a company with a DFS and NPV of around 600m dollars all financed to mine in the next 22 months.

Prem have no DFS therefore no NPV, a little pilot plant to assist exploration.

You don't need to be a prophet, trust me.

Brochbach Evangelical describes it perfectly and with no substance behind their claims.

150m market capitalisation would support an NPV of around 600m dollars.

Where on earth is George going to find that this year?

A revaluation will be downward, it is just a question of when, not if.

Johnny, no jealousy just you and your guys continuously posting on another board sparked interest in researching Zimbabwe and pilot plants.

Rarely have I read a board where a company spells out in interviews, presentations and RNS releases in such simple terms yet so many posters who claim they are investors do not have a clue about what their company is doing.

It is a little pilot plant, repaying debt over a 12 month period and hopefully will self fund further exploration.

Cheap small production plants which leave material in middlings cost around 80m, full on production plants 150m plus.

Those that run two keep the middlings to run through the more expensive plant which extracts the remaining material.

Some of you guys need to listen to George properly.

But agree it will be interesting to see if it can produce effectively to repay the debt. One step closer to being able to self fund exploration.

Acker, and I would agree with you on that point, a DFS would support a sale.

That then begs the question why people are posting that it is going to be quick, because it is not going to be fast if you want profit.

Some of the posters are posting NPV as if it is a sale price, it is not, it is the entire estimated mine life value. An NPV of 700m is likely to be bought out for around 200m, otherwise there is nothing for the purchaser.

Therefore this DFS is going to have to be built up to a high NPV, you are looking at years to do that, not anytime soon.

Wolframite, no you guys have stirred my interest with pilot plants it is also a good idea to familiarise myself with Zimbabwe, their energy crisis, fuel crisis and drought is terrible.

Hammered in my opinion the market capitalisation/share price is multiples over the current justifiable amount based on assets and proven resource, factoring a debt liability too.
The company has nothing else of significant value to fall back on if the pilot plant fails, it would be lucky if it levelled at 10m, if it remained at all.
It would however be interesting in 18 months time if it did start confirming lithium and a quantifiable total began accumulating. But the market cap needs to be lower than now.
Too much potential downside risk for little to no gain.
It may ride higher in the short term on sentiment/hype but it will find its level over the following 18 months, in my view.

I took you as making a mistake.
With someone else you instantly assume a liar?
I am not trying to discredit Prem or reduce the share price. Your guys have stirred genuine interest so I will be researching and following closely developments.

Range rover, clearly literacy is not a strong point for you.
No DFS will appear this year, you have completely invented this.
Plus if you understood the DFS process you would understand the timescales involved.
There are loads of examples on the internet if you can tear yourself away from Facebook for 20mins. Competent person etc.

I am talking Prem only here.
Leo is a good reference point of a more advanced project. Where explorers would like to be.

Snowking, your NPV has nothing to underpin it. If you had a DFS/BFS then the NPV would mean something.
Your NPV mentioned in the last presentation is not supported by even a jorc, no competent sign off it means nothing.
Your little pilot plant will quantify the resource over the following 24 months and hopefully funded drilling.

Like I have said many times Roman, I am not interested in market caps etc just movements towards higher NAV, so facts.
Here is not the place to discuss another share, which is why I came here with Prem.
If Prem gets through the debt repayment period, fund accumulation period and then starts quantifying a resource you will get an idea of potential asset value.
At 140m market capitalisation now, investors are very committed to finding an absolute minimum NPV of 300m just to stay where you are.
So it needs to be multiples of that. Which would be Leo Lithium or larger. To get any sort of return for the risk taken.
