Vatian, you seem to pick up the same points as me. I listened to an interview their CEO had, where he started a sentence 'let us be absolutely clear... Then explained what the plant had to do, in limited time on a limited budget prove a lithium resource' and then went on to say no independent competent person would sign off their resource, nowhere on the board was this repeated, then as you point out in the last RNS it is highlighted again, not raised on their board. Furthermore in their last presentation they said it would take 12 months to repay the debt, one poster did pick this up and it was dismissed as incorrect.
I don't see a lot of Kod people posting on their site and Daz highlights facts not fiction. So they are not swamped, they appear in droves here.
Now let me be clear here, if you don't know how much lithium you have, or if it can be commercially viable to extract, that is the biggest risk an explorer can have, the resource is not derisked.
That is the equivalent of pre drilling results at Kodal, there is no comparison between your unproven lithium resource Prem shares and our Kodal shares.
If Hainan did back out, extremely unlikely, we keep their 7m dollars. So we would have 8m plus dollars in the bank, plus 2m if the sale of the other land happens and we move on to deal number 2.
Hardly the same risk as yours.
If you hold any at all.
