Ivenoidea, regarding DSO I suppose it would depend on Hainan's relationships, they are a large well established mining company moving into the processing space, but I suppose it also depends on Suay Chin.
I wonder if all of this is too big for Suay Chin, they may do a deal with Hainan after the cash lands?

Ivenoidea, absolutely it is a mega plant, so big they have already started building it and will be finished after our first plant is in production.
But what a monster when it starts churning out product.

One year's income from the DMS plant is higher than most people's estimate of where our market capitalisation should be, so I am certainly not concerned.
Hainan have bought into only the valued element of our lithium.
We have so much more to firm up on value, a lot of those other values will materialize later this year.
Leo Lithium is a good indication if people are getting ahead of themselves with what a mine can be worth before going into production. But that plant will produce half million tonnes per year once running. So they will not remain at that value.

We may get some money this year if we follow next door's idea?

Yes Daz, I was confused by that pricing as it is 5.5-6% at the top but 6% at the bottom and is often quoted as 5.5%.
Bernard quoted the same price in one of his interviews as here.

Agree it is of no great concern to us, but some of the small plays, such as that publicised French lithium with small annual tonnage and higher unit cost were using figures of 6k and over, for those, this fluctuation range is significant.
Our mine has low overheads per tonne so no concern for us.
If the fluctuations remain at that level, some of the higher cost mines, brine extraction, may not happen.

Spodumene has dropped in value, shows Bernard was sensible using conservative figures, his figures are less than half of the current average price.

Bottled, Hainan only will have 14% of the market cap and they are included in the share value.

Onlyking, as all of us already know, none of us really has a clue of the value of the asset.
We know that the lithium which is verified and no production plant has been valued at 200m dollars. Because a cheque is due.
No value for additional lithium still being drilled.
No sentiment value for a plant to go into production and produce income.
Nothing for Mali Gold fields.
Nothing for Cote d'Ivoire gold fields.
Nothing for any payments or prepayments from offtake agreements.
All we currently have is that NPV value.
Like I said, what we know has a good chance of being a fraction of the value.

Onlyking, 0.76p roughly. But remember just to make your head worse, they are buying in, it is not a giveaway.

I am happy for it to stay low for now, preferably until all news is out and the information on the way forward after the cash is in the bank. But agree that is unlikely to happen.
There are a lot of unknowns for big paydays ahead.
Will Suay Chin have to pay a monster cheque for the offtake upfront? Imagine if it was 3 or 6 months production upfront! It would be greater than the Hainan payment.
That is just one question.

We have a final date the 30th April, just weeks away as Feb is nearly gone.
We can just chill and wait for the various RNS stream to arrive.

At the end if Hainan pulled out, we have a 7m break fee.

We know other parties are interested, which is why they have put a long stop in the agreement with such a short time to complete all of the procedures. If Hainan pull out, which they will not, I am confident, on to the next.

7m is sizeable for Kodal as we could operate over a year easily on that cash, so we have no imminent pressure on us.

We may get some news, drilling samples are in and results are due at some point, submission news and companies set up RNS etc will be due between now and 30th April but we can relax, either way Bernard has it covered with this deal.

SP Angel say, as far as they can see there are no catches on our side, in an early interview.

Exactly Daz and they are not incorporating a large middling storage facility in the current plans and intending to retain the middlings until the flotation plant is constructed, without thinking there is a long term need for a flotation plant.
I could be wrong, but I think the lithium NPV we know may be nothing compared to the figures over the following 15 months, and even with all of those drilling funds they may be drilling longer.
Those first results due back may give us a sense of what is still to come.
