However we do not know what the principles are. At the time the offtake option was agreed finance was the major mining concern. I could be completely wrong, but I think it could be a number of months production paid upfront upon finalising the offtake. At current lithium prices that could be a lot of Dosh.
The 20% will be a fresh negotiation, but usually they involve sweeteners.
But we will find out once Hainan has completed the deal.

You would like to think that Hainan allowed at least 5 or 6 weeks overrun on their estimated time to get their work completed.

They signed a big contract in January, 7m dollars non refundable deposit was paid and the actions required to be completed are being worked through as we speak, all of which must be completed, as per the written contract by the 30th April.

Nothing is holding anything back.

It is a very tight schedule but since no communication to the contrary has been received, must all be going to plan.

Two things we need to know to get any idea of the first major peak, an estimate of the value of Nielle Goldfield and the total amount of lithium on our current mining licence site.
This is not sensible to estimate this way, but if we mirrored our neighbours we are only currently looking at one sixth of our lithium value in our figures.
Imagine if you sold out thinking you maxed on 21 million tonnes, then the figure was updated to 120m tonnes.

Merc, Daz, agree with you both in many ways, currently we are under (market cap) Hainan's value of our asset, substantially under and that is Kodal in it's entirety.
Nothing included for any of the Goldfields and we know we had an early offer on one.
Nothing for Bougouni West - 2m.
Nothing on the table for sentiment.
Nothing on the table for potential lithium jorc expansion.
Possibly when the cheque arrives sometime before May after the company structures etc are in place there is likely to be an adjustment.
I think from where we are to what we could become in 5 years time, from the value we are now seems impossible to some investors, but it is not impossible everything is going into place, no dilution.
Hopefully when we get the cheque and are officially a junior miner the website will become clear and anyone new to the site will instantly understand our current position.
Because that is definitely not the case today.

Go-ly, the flipside of that is one gold field could pull you out if it all went belly up. Not that any of us see that as a major concern.
Like I said, not a bad place to be. Not many AIM shares have that safety net. All or nothing with most.

Well done the pair of you. You will no doubt be aware, Satoshipays major business plan is even greater than their current one, micro payments for services across the globe, that could be mega. Instead of the current YouTube type of payment it could be direct payment without ads, a fraction of a pence for a service, micro payments, but with thousands logging in for each element, it could create a viable business for many services.

If it ever it gets off the ground it will be worth billions. Stock photos, stock wording, instructional videos, keep fit, the list could be endless but paid direct through the Satoshipay system.
