We think there are many potential value increments with this share, Hainan's cash, lithium drilling results, plant construction progressing, first maiden gold value, DMS production, second maiden gold value, cash ready for flotation plant build, flotation plant production.
None of us are sure where the absolute pinnacle is.
A little share double or treble now is neither here nor there in the overall scheme.

Everything on track as expected. Hainan gave themselves a tight but achievable timeline and to date RNS confirms no problems.

Everything in the jorc and BFS is already sufficient for a good return for all of us. However we hoped that after selling 51% of the 21m tonne asset, we could double or treble the original asset and therefore be back to our previous tonnage as a minimum with no debt or dilution going into production.
Those drill results are encouraging and that may be achieved.
Real value foundation stones going in here, brilliant news.

Damole, Hainan are going to buy in at 0.5p per share, current share price is under that price. But the cash is going into Kodal they are not being given those shares. Money which will take our first goldfield to maiden value and beyond, either a sale or toward mining.

Really everything is on time.
It is just us and human nature regarding moving to the next step.

Regarding Kodals website, I just noticed that the pictures they use in the lithium overview page are replicated in the q1 2023 presentation.
However while the old ones on the landing page are only 6 years old, the ones in the presentation are bang up to date.

They cannot be bothered to cut and paste those onto their website.

Good job they are good at geology and exploration because their presentation and communication outside of Bernie's interviews and RNS are shocking.

Excluding Easter there are 20 working days until the long stop. We should receive the $100m before then. No RNS so far extending the long stop.

They may be faster if they have a lot of resources, which you would expect looking at their size.

It will be interesting to see once Hainan are in place if everything moves faster, the same speed or slower.

When Hainan deposit their 100m dollars, we have 'made money'. we have sold 51% of the asset for 100m dollars.
We also will be repaid most of our input costs, just under 6m. This is definitely making money. This is planned to happen before May 2023.

It is probable that our maiden value on a goldfield will be valued before the DMS fires up.

This maiden value will be real. If we sell it this will be making money. Otherwise it is a real asset on our books.

To me this is making money and why I invest in one share over another.

I sometimes punt around with a little money and cop the odd profit here and there, sometimes I lose too. That is trading. Until I sell at a profit I 'have made' nothing. But that is me not anything to do with the company I am trading in.

Our shares are up here, unless I sell I have made nothing.

It may not have escaped Hainan's notice that there are major untapped ore deposits in Mali too. They can dip a toe in the water with Kodal with a profit and assess other deposits.

Bougouni apparently is a process and transport hub for large amounts of cotton export. Transportation is probably more developed in Bougouni than the majority of Mali.

Tonnes of cotton dwarf our dms tonnage and of course cotton is light, our end product is dense.

Elcobble, looking at the unmentionable share it shows the importance of checking your shares a few times per day, important RNS land at any time, theirs at 2pm.

I'm trying - until Hainan move the funds into the account the value has not been crystallised, it is paper value only.

Other shares such as NNN in my example earlier if you look at their share price history have been sky high on nothing then the reality hit and they now sit around their true value.

That is not a positive on their share, nor a negative on ours.

We need that payment in and the shares purchased to move onto the next stage. The long stop is the 30th April 2023.

Most of us have switched off until after the second week of April, but looking at that it could be sooner, we do right to keep checking in.

Agree fantastic Dave, AIM seems to vary from normal investing to random shares being not too far away from pyramid selling, in the manic shares many seem to know they are way overvalued but it becomes almost a game of dare and up and up they go.
The best current example if you look over the company's entire performance chart is NNN, a lot of investors made a lot of money based on absolutely nothing. Of course for those that made a lot of money they were directly funded by those that lost, the money doesn't come from anywhere else.

Clerc, your hostile takeover etc was a bit odd for exploration companies.
None of us really knew what to think of that.
Mining companies, oil companies etc rely on explorers so they tend not to bite the hand that feeds them, it would be suicidal.
The same with those that buy the end product.
Most do not do exploration for a good reason.
Speculative investors need giant pay offs to invest in this space or people like us would not throw our money in the ring.

Donny, had we explored the gold first we would have dilution. Before lithium went through the roof the plan was to quickly monetise a goldfield and use the proceeds and finance to fund the lithium.
Lithium increased in value by 100s of percent, everyone became interested in lithium and the plan changed.
Now because of this funding we can develop and either sell or mine a full goldfield with no dilution.
Makes a viable goldfield much more valuable to us than before.

Donny, more sweet I think! I meant before DMS production regarding the values.
By the time we are moving to flotation plant it is anyone's guess what we could be worth, a lot I hope!
