Only advice would be to read the RNS history, right to the end of each RNS, preferably on a pc from mid 2021 to the present day.
Then go back to similar dates and go through the presentations slowly one by one
After that the proactive investor videos.
Apart from other people on here that will be your only reliable source.
Make sure you read right to the very end of each RNS.
They have a habit of putting something new where you would assume only a conclusion/summary.

Wand, with being mining experts they will have understood what the values of Nielle and Fatou could be, for their 17m buy into Kodal, plus of course they are buying in again for a share in our lithium percentage.
They may influence any new exploration that Kodal do, as they may want to purchase it.
But Bougouni is the here and now, then Nielle maiden value.

Clapa, I agree I am expecting more than that on the licence area alone. Plus we have an additional 253 square km patch to go at later. 2.6 times the mining licence area.

Did you hear Bernard on one of the two interviews posted on here where he stammered?
He was talking about drilling and results.
I thought he nearly said 'triple' and just stopped himself.
Anyone else got time to listen to that again?

Daz423, the company has also stated that it wants to move into the high value mining area. I think it was a statement from the parent company, I read it somewhere independent of Kodal.
The processing plant and Kodal investment were their first moves.
Ore looks like it may be about to boom, they may have more cash than they originally thought too.
Quite good if Kodal team up with Hainan and go explore for Hainan's needs. Each time we get a deal.

Treestump, got to agree, I have not seen sentiment for sale on Amazon.

Clapa, I agree regarding Suay Chin, I am wondering too what those principles are, if it is a payment for 6 months production upfront at the current prices deep pockets are required.
Is someone going to buy Suay Chin when the Hainan deal goes through? Hainan themselves?

Hainan are going to do very well out of this too. A real boost for Kodals further business dealings.

Epic thank you for the link. Takeaways from that, confirmed 350km square, that has been confusing us as the mining licence is large but 97km.
They are focused on three veins, but there are more.
One of the veins appears massive and they are doing further drilling.
Another vein particularly lends itself to the DMS plant, they are further drilling this vein and expecting to extend the DMS life.
My view as others have said this appears to be going to be a monster resource.
Hopefully another leo lithium at least on the patch we are on, then we have more ground to go at.

Toptiger, you can see why I constantly bang on about the website annoyance for new investors.
Nielle and Fatou gold are quite advanced.
From my memory in 2021 I am fairly certain that we were expecting in early 2022 to mid 2022 a maiden value for Nielle.
When we were bombarded with offers for our lithium, Bernard moved all focus to Bougouni lithium and the major push on gold first was virtually halted.
Based on this we are assuming that once the cash is in, Bougouni is set off drilling and constructing that within three to six months from that point we would have our first maiden gold value.
Early in Kodals communications long before the lithium mining licence was issued the earlier plan appeared to be to take a goldfield to maiden value, monetise it quickly and this and finance would set off Bougouni, but lithium went through the roof and lithium mining is now about speed and hitting the high prices while demand is high and before recycling is a large part of the supply chain.

That is why we thought Hainan cut it fine with me long stop date.
Although yesterday's RNS seems to be on track.
If I thought I could get it all done in April I would have made the long stop the end of May.

Hainan are big and successful.
Mali will hold a lot of interest for them, there is an underdeveloped ore resource, it will be interesting if Hainan move on this later on too.
It is a good relationship for Kodal, it will also be interesting to see if they do anything else jointly following on from this too.

You were about right with your yards to samples, when you worked it out a while ago.
Once the cash is in and they are flat out drilling it should provide a regular RNS stream.

So why is that not in print in the lithium overview and the symbols which show a finance partner etc in the Feb presentation not the out of date symbols on the website?

I'm trying, I have a feeling that the drill results will keep coming in positive and multipy our proven resource.
Like you once the DMS is in production and they have a cash position they think appropriate for a mining operation of this size I think that the board will allocate some of the prifit to buying and disposing of shares.
But the first maiden value goldfield value we have absolutely no idea of where it may be. A small 20m gold mine? Or a larger one? I recently saw an NPV on a goldmine of over 400m, that would probably be a sale value of 100 to 125m.
There is a lot to value with Kodal, once the cash arrives I don't think it will take long to see additional value.
The drill results mentioned in today's RNS and our first maiden gold value within 8 months I am guessing based on where we were prior to all the lithium offers.

TC, very easy to calculate, our share after government and Hainan is 4,500 tonnes per month from the DMS plant. Simply multiply by spod price minus the costs per tonne from the website and you have the pre tax figure. That is the plant operating at 125,000 tonnes per year. Then of course the big plant will come online later.

Chatty, what you have written is exactly my point regarding the website. We, as Kodal shareholders have no debt to repay, we did a JV with Hainan.
Hainan will recover their DMS investment in less than 4 months at 2,080 dollars per tonne, less than that if lithium stays where it currently is.
We have nothing to repay, ours is cash in our bank.
