Jaglith what you say is correct.

SC6 is required from the plant asap and that is any SC6.

Second it needs to be flowing in a percentage from pay dirt, the material going into the plant, at a ratio which indicates it has the potential to be commercially viable.

It is no good pulling so little SC6 from the plant that it costs you more money to produce than the return on the SC6.

At the moment this has no bad reflection on Stark, but does have on the testing of ground on the site in preparation for the arrival of the plant.

It does not bode well for the quality of the rest of the ground.

PS if 'compliance' as mentioned in the interview is all that is left it could happen at any time. If they have everything they need approval could be at any time, if they need more information/evidence/references it could be longer.

Rather than reregistering of assets which is a slow process. The work may be almost complete.

Two things from that 'compliance' that to me indicates the likes of money laundering etc associated with banking and trading with other countries. He didn't mention reregistering of assets, I wonder if that is completed.

He mentioned twice that they were very careful to be fully permitted and put emphasis on this. Take from that what you like. Possibly a hint at what may have gone wrong elsewhere.

Agree Creaser. Three new companies all with new permissions, bank accounts etc is no easy task. If all three were in the UK it would take at least 3 months, but associated accounts moving monies over three countries not so quick. The new Mali company will be treated as a completely new entity for moving money, no short cut. All of Africa and China are sensitive countries with bigger hurdles.

George re the Mali government, I agree and also you cannot fault them, last year they conducted an audit of gold, have made everyone aware that they may review the way they operate, released what is being discussed and gold revenue is up over 30%, which means royalties will be up over 30%.

Basically Bernard had a company with our gold prospects, there was a good fit for him in Kodal. Bernard's old gold plays became Kodals gold plays, so these gold fields are not Mickey mouse additions, Bougouni came up, because can you believe it, Suay Chin backed out of a deal. All lithium and all gold fields up to their current status are all looking very good, which is unheard of normally, Bougouni became a monster, a gold field which was supposed to be a JV 100% became ours due to a cash flow issue with our JV partner, it has been a mad ride.

The full group structure is on the website dated September 2022, Kodal Norway is there, but there is nothing listed underneath.

If you look at, not the last, but earlier group of Leo Lithium presentations they were getting very bullish.

I think in Africa Bernard's approach is a better one, his team are highly experienced in Africa.

It may be dull for us but a lot more sensitive in a country where poverty is high.

I am expecting Leo Lithium either to be cancelling completely or reducing significantly their ore shipments.

It will be interesting to see if their future presentations are toned down like the last one rolling forward.

George H, I think Hainan are interested in gold too, I think this may be an additional reason for putting those on pause.

Like Merc says we can keep the drill rigs we have on site and hopefully do some infill drilling and increase the resource.

But I think we need to learn by Leo Lithium's error, Bernard is very understated in his presentations and his interviews.

Leo Lithium had a few presentations which proclaimed early earnings from ore, when really the early earnings from ore are not even peanuts compared to their upcoming spodumene production.

A lesson learned for us all. The extra resource expansion needs to be steady and subtle in delivery.

In fairness dazed you are the same on the Prem board as here, randomly attack anyone including prem investors, whacky posts where you have spoken to George etc. Inform everyone of when a share will double - a little bit insane.

We also have a goldfield in another country close to maiden value which would not take a lot of funding to complete.

Not many shares can do that and a big advantage of not being multiples above true value.

Straightntrue - there are no negatives the upfront payment is only 1.5m dollars more than the Bougouni West sale so there is no issue for us raising additional funds if we have to.

If Hainan back out they would have to pay us the remaining 3.5m dollars.

We have drilled a lot since we started the deal with Hainan it is almost certain that we could get as good if not better deal with another company if the Hainan deal did fall through.

Hainan look 100% commited to Kodal and both sides and the government all do fairly from this arrangement.

I can't see any negatives.

Kodal is cash and lithium rich. The two most important factors.
