2% of that monster plant is serious cash, but if we are producing on our own site and cash rich, we are bound to buy in.

My frustration was the Mica, put a spanner in the works of the plant and created the current situation.

An SC6 RNS would put some power back into Prem's hands, you never know.

I can't find Stark's other 'case studies' on their site, only the Zulu one remains, you wouldn't have happened to see them when on their site? Someone yesterday was asking about them.

I hope so Acker as contrary to the rampers comments I do hope it works out.

I want to see this technology in action and how they move from pilot to full production.

Acker, to date it does not look like a better option. Over 40m dollars spent and looking for more finance. A lot of cash with no proven resource to date.

Then the cost of drilling the exploration site, which hopefully comes up trumps, nobody wants failure, and then a typical production plant is in the order of 200m dollars. A lot of cash required.

The small claims licence area has no option, it is not smarter it is the only way to test already mined ground.

The wider exploration area which is undisturbed ground may have been interesting to try and may be a different approach in the high value lithium period, drill a patch large enough to repay the plant and put some money in Prems account then use further proceeds to drill wider areas. But they did not do this.

On the small claims licence it is just a case of waiting and seeing if any SC6 is produced by the plant. Hopefully an RNS which changes the whole picture.

Maybe but hopefully the pilot plant works. No choice on disturbed ground, only on the exploration acreage.

In hindsight they may wish that they drilled the exploration ground and left the small claims alone, time will tell.

There is a difference.

Wullie, you write 'we know has the deposits', that is incorrect.

The small claims licence has many previous artisan workings, it has been mined before, which is why there is still a mining licence on that ground. Conventional drilling could not prove a resource, Prem went down the road of using a pilot plant to prove the resource.

Once the pilot plant starts producing SC6 in commercially viable quantities then you can be more confident of the potential resource.

Until then nobody knows anything.

Peculiar, Canmax caught Prem off guard not the other way round. Prem were expecting further finance.

With Lithium being so valuable and sought after, you can be certain that they did not make that decision lightly.

But using your 'knows' you know different, with Stark talking about issues with Mica, no SC6 from the plant and Canmax wanting their investment back, Prem nearly out of cash, but you 'know' there is something amazing that nobody else including Canmax, who have more information than us, can see.

Peculiar, I don't think Prem did anything untoward to Stark, I think the data prem had was poor.

Posters are quick to point out that SC6 was produced in a lab, but equally slow to highlight that the lab should have identified Mica.

If Stark were aware of Mica they would have built the plant differently with the Mica detection scanners on from day one and the means to remove the sludge from the plant too.

So the question is, what was the money spent on in the small claims licence area? How was this missed before anything was brought to site?

A module does one process.

Marcus it was under case studies on their site, however, unless you can find it, all case studies except for Zulu appear to have gone, possibly being updated.

They definitely placed modules of their plant within other plant systems to overcome issues on site.

They may still be there it is not the best site to negotiate.

Marcus, Canmax want out, the only possible reason I could see is one of two, no faith in Stark technology, I don't think this is the case as Pilbera are constructing a massive production plant based on the same technology.

Second it could be no faith in the analysis on the ground, this one seems more likely as it is pointless continuing if the data is incorrect or compromised.

Because if what you are saying is correct it would already be here before the reconfiguration of the plant.

You are saying that all of the testing on your tiny 3km square mining licence (small by normal exploration sites as these are normally 100 - 200km square) was perfect and everything on site was identified. So before bringing the plant Stark were fully aware of Mica. They shipped a plant and ran it for weeks at their cost knowing that it was not configured to separate Mica from Spodumene. Prem knew this also and just watched the clock go down on their agreement and their money drain. Are you serious?

Stark already put modules of their plant into existing plant to overcome issues on site, they have already done that in lithium mines.

Stark are not stupid.

The data off site has to be the culprit, but Prem are supposed to have double checked some of the areas on this site. Something is wrong in this area.

Lab results are a red herring. It is the site samples which have question marks over them.

Jaguarflush, what you say could be spun around, Jaguar flush is just a trader and ramper, in a company with no cash, a potential court case, no SC6 and the data from the small claims licence which appears to be flawed, continues promoting the share and making out that this is all part of a grand master plan.

But I choose not to write those types of post, leave them for the numpties and prefer to post on what is currently happening.

Marcus, it does not bode well because Stark did not get the heads up of what was in the material going into the plant.

Everyone connected to lithium mining and processing knows about Mica.

They would not have turned up with that plant configuration if they had been given the heads up.

If that is the accuracy of information off the first two cuts, it makes you wonder about the rest.

With the plant reconfigured to deal with Mica you now need some SC6, secondly that it is commercially viable.
