Roger, I am not sure that Kod is affected in the same way as any other company, for Kod I just think it is the sheer size of the undertaking, when you think about everything which needs doing and everything which needs changing in Mali it is a monumental task.

We are speculating about Leo Lithium as are the shareholders. The possible mining code changes are badly reported, they do not appear to be in force, they may have gone past first approval with the ministers, the reporting is very unclear.

If the mining code had been finalized as with previous updates Bernard would send an RNS. He has before so there should be no reason why not again.

There are no squeeky bums here.

If the work is not complete there will be an extension, hopefully a two month one even if they think it will complete next week.

As before we have seen two mining companies try and rush income revenue and both have fallen flat on their faces.

Time for us is unimportant, we have millions of cash in the bank, the important part is they complete everything properly, keep everyone sweet and make no errors.

You are well researched, the company structure we are currently moving to has been created so that mining companies cannot abandon their mining related responsibilities and to accommodate royalties to the government in Mali.

The Firefinch/Leo lithium post earlier is of interest because the Mali government appears to be investigating to see if Ganfeng/Leo have escaped responsibility for the gold mine.

If a change of policy or adjustment to company structures in Mali happens after this investigation, we would have an idea why. Rather than listen to the lunatic theories.

Stuff like this is useful to know, even if it is not linked to anything else at present.

No conclusion has yet been reached. However, more meetings are planned in the near future.

Daz, I can't believe how much Bernard has achieved on such a low cash burn, when you look at other shares and how little they have for the expenditure they have used. However it is also noticeable that their CEOs appear a lot wealthier too - not making any connection obviously.

The labs say magnetic removal of ore would be good, they already have this built into the plant, unfortunately Mica stopped it functioning correctly.
