It is an excellent share for traders. If it all goes well it will be a good share for traders, if the company dies a death it would still probably trade until the final week.

I have seen shares like these before, they are an anomaly.

Bigger than the financing, contract and other factors for me is Stark turning up day one with the wrong gear - I really cannot get my head around it.

They had case studies on their site where they would rectify a problem on an existing mine by taking a module of their plant to resolve an issue. One case study was a lithium mine.

I would like to know how that happened, was it the data they were given, a delay in construction, why?

I don't believe they are stupid enough to turn up with the wrong equipment. I hope the material going into the plant is what Prem say it is.

There is deramping and there are facts.

Overall the deal, considering Prems weak position is better than expected, but better than expected is not great.

Difficult to put a positive spin on the current position, but there will no doubt be a hundred posts which manage it today and bury a negative post asap.

It is a shame the plant is not operating, an SC6 RNS would have changed the whole situation. The sooner there is one the better, preferably before they have to start producing the 1,000 tonnes.

Roger, we have recently seen the results from two companies with fast solutions trying to earn money a little quicker, both now have problems.

It is a good lesson to calm down, let Bernard and the crew do everything thoroughly and properly, it may take a few months now, but it is better than either knocking the project back a year, more or never, or throwing massive question marks over all decisions made.

I am comfortable waiting and have faith in Bernard being thorough.

Gazza it is not a forecast. It is the value that George has managed to get Canmax to agree upon - absolutely mad.

If no monies have been paid by the end of the long stop in April 2025 then Canmax get part of Zulu.

So if 60m including interest goes into the small claims and it produces nothing, Canmax get 30% of Zulu.

It hasn't produced a bean, I don't know how George managed that.

Canmax must see the non small claims area as holding potential value.

This was a rescue package, it is much better than it could have been.

I thought the best part George managed was the 200m valuation on Zulu, absolutely mad.

It has not produced a bean to date from the plant - that was a blinder from George.

I think Canmax consider the non small claims mining area, the exploration site, as the safety buffer, worth the punt if the small claims area fails.

That was my take.

DrP, he tends to look higher level and ignores the mining detail.

He talks about a JV being lower risk but ignores a global standard resource estimate being lower risk than an exploration site with no jorc. Even though exploration companies use the terminology derisking, Kodal fully derisked. There are multiple layers of risk.

Also Acker the material going into the plant should be viable pay dirt, the best on the small claims licence. No more new cuts to wait for.

We will just get that over then we will be waiting for the resource update, Bernard hopes before the end of the year, then production from the DMS.

You can be sure that Canmax will be watching closely all of Prems assets.

Acker, a potential negative of any news on Li3, could be that Canmax view it as another potential source to recover some of their prepayment.

Sometimes in business you are better with nothing (no other asset), then all focus is on making the business work.

S6C from the Zulu plant is the only thing that would make a power shift toward Prem.

That would be the best RNS. Preferably before any others.

In short if you were thinking of going caravanning in Northern Mali, we would not recommend it.

But Zimbabwe is perfectly safe (honest) and we recommend that all the green box posters on here take a little trip there together.
