When it is an official quarterly review and the report has not yet been issued, an event such as the trading halt must be included. If the report could not be issued within the stipulated timeframe a suspension can occur until the information is added.

There are rules which stipulate this type of event and communications.

It must not be that serious for Leo Lithium when they released that report while they are suspended.
