RE: More Potentially Worthless Comments12 Aug 2021 01:50
FI, The results tomorrow refer to the first 6 months of this year and when CINE movie theatres were closed for about 2/3 of that time period and only getting back to full reopening of it's estate from around May time onwards. I have posted on that many times (even earlier tonight) and with all the dates and only recently in the last few days when comparing with AMC for they opened fully on the 19th March whilst we staged our reopenings.
You are completely wrong and I'd be obliged if you could post where over any of the last 3 months where I have said that Cineworld will be cash flow positive for the first half of the year as you have inferred.
You are going to struggle. The most I think (know) you will find is that I have committed to saying in recent weeks is that in all probability from the opening weekend of F9 they may have gone profitable. F9 actually released on June 25th in the US which is outwith tomorrows reporting period, and when stating that it was based on the other films around it, Black Widow released the next week or so afterwards and concession sales etc etc.
The most I am after (and I posted it earlier) is along the same lines as AMC, with reduced losses, good cost management, improving revenues (from all sources) and a recovering stock. Focus being on any forward statement tomorrow. I'll copy you my earlier post and feel free to delve my history I am consistent.
