Great news though that everyone over 18 can get a 3rd jab from Wednesday and the ambitious target of offering jabs to all over 18's by year end.

It's only a few weeks back we had a song and dance waiting for approval for the over 50's getting a 3rd jab at 5 months instead of 6 months from their 2nd.

Just to inject a bit of reality into things and by comparison today on shares that you would normally associate in the same sector, my Whitbread shares (owns Premier Inn) are down just 1.33% , Intercontinental Hotels down just 0.75% (owns Holiday Inn and Crown Plaza etc) Wetherspoons (Pubs) down just 1.42%, and my Hammerson shares (Shopping Centre owner) down just 1.09%.

Shutting businesses will be the last thing on anyone's mind and for a number of reasons
a) this country cannot afford any further lockdowns and the furlough and business support measures that would have to go with it. NI contributions have already been pushed up against a manifesto pledge to pay for things presently.
b) it's not only that but they have to get the existing "light touch" measures through parliament next week with an already growing number of dissenting Conservative MP's - that's on whats already proposed.
c) Boris is in big --it after Partygate and for misleading the House over the redecoration of the No 10 flat. On borrowed time. No wonder he is keeping his head down on paternity leave.
d) Lastly mild symptoms.

The something not quite right here is that virtually all shareholders that held stock at 124p still hold it. 1 addition and 1 exit in the intervening time period.

It's either the market makers or somebody or somebodies are lending out stock and devaluing their own shareholding and it has to be backed by a pecuniary interest elsewhere. A stab in the dark would have to be Jangho?

Lets see what happens with Spiderman No Way Home next week in the US where 72% to 75% of the business is located. It may well wrong foot a few. I wouldn't leave it to chance if you want to see it on opening weekend.
