As far as I'm aware an AGM needs to take place within a certain time frame after a company release their annual results.
He 1 annual results were on 30/6/22 so that's probably the reason for the AGM taking place 6 weeks earlier than the last one.

No shareholder likes dilution in any company.
But
I personally think this is a good time to announce the power to allot up to 272m shares at the AGM when the shares today are currently around 5 to 6p as its near the bottom of the trend, A clever move by the company /advisers.

With a rig announcement not far away, the rig news will only enhance the SP , even more when pre spud, if a discovery is then logged then the company's SP will be unrecognisable.
Agree the additional shares could be used at any stage, but looking at the timing of the previous funding, The SP price shouldn't be a problem next time as we should then be in double digits.

I guess at the end of the day we need to trust them in sourcing and getting that rig booked as soon as possible. If they don't book a rig soon then this becomes a different story.

This power to allot up to an additional 273m shares, I've given some thought in the AGM on Feb 15th as probably taken all of us by surprise, essentially so soon after the last fund raise.

Well, if do we get a rig booked in before 15th Feb, then the share price will increase before spud and assuming there will.be a discovery, then the release of up to 273m shares assuming a price multiple of todays price should take care of the next step in He1s journey in part/fully funding the manufacture of a modular plant.
If we haven't got a rig before the AGM then, there will need to be some serious questions that the board will need to answer, as this Resolution will make shareholders feel uneasy to say the least.

With a rig announcement hopefully iminant then I am not overly concerned giving power to allot the additional shares.

It makes more sense to use the Predator rig , especially with the logistics involved, less costs etc, than the bigger Exalo rig, sometimes these things happen for a reason, hopefully both parties can now sit down and seal a contract, then we can all look forward to a possible Q2 spud after all of the 2022 let downs

We've missed your humour, keep it going whilst in these quite days whilst DM decides on the next rig. A good caption as we all feel as if we've been left on that island, hope DM is not a pirate.
As he said in the last RNS we are going to make the rig our priority. Would be nice if he pressed that RNS button on his computer to buy shares, showing confidence in what he preaches, as that old saying goes, 'put your money where your mouth is'.

Lots going on with DIS, poor Xmas trading, loosing customers, including distributor, etc, probably 6 sells were irrelevant in the share price markdown, as it probably was down to known sentiment., but all irrelevant compared to He1.

Last year, "2022 will be the year of discovery year" was a year that didn't exist when expectations were very high, LTHs are starting to view DM now in a different light, with what he's told us in 2022.

Personally I will give DM another chance, with more rigs on the market, good news, he's left himself open by admitting this, with that, he now fully needs to focus on a rig, and a rig only in a reasonable amount of time, hopefully I'm expecting news on this before the next AGM.

As far as a club is concerned, lets get that discovery first.I say.

Dia ok, thought it might have been my tablet freezing, anyway just listened to the latest interview, DM put under some pressure which was nice to hear.

He genuinely now needs to come up with a suitable rig as soon as possible, more excuses are starting to wear thin. I was hoping that he would be asked about his shareholding in the company (ok, lack of it) but, it wasn't to be on this occasion. He needs to be grilled more often.

When ever the next RNS drops (assuming its not the DM buying shares RNS), I guess it will be a cold rig this time. Time will tell.

No need to pump, 0.96% rise or fall are signals for the MMs to .........

You mention the photo with the rig, white car and roadsign, if you zoom in x200 on the sign you can just make out what's written on the sign " Rukwa 30kms".

Maybe the Exalo rig all along was a distraction and a time filler, when the Predator rig has been the one all along.

Can you imagine 120 x 28 ton trucks transporting a rig to the drilling site, Compared to the more reasonable 20 trucks involved with the Predator rig.
And it's more cost effective.

With hindsight I agree with your sentiments.

As we all know, there is a fine dividing line between keeping shareholders informed and giving out to much information. The MOU due diligence could have been better, but hopefully He1 has learned from this.

Hopefully I to will be going to the AGM as well, will need 2 tickets though as the Mrs will be coming as well. ..........DM she will not take any stick, she can read people regardless of what you say or don't say.
