What a find, with Barry Island at its best, I was there most w/ends, I remember being thrown out by the owner of an amusement arcade, baning me from returning as I was making to much money from his machines.

No chance of that with the He1 at the mou.

DM no matter what he said at the AGM reads these boards, period.

Last year I mentioned on this board the same as I've done now, " Why don't directors buy shares" and it might have been a coincidence but within 10 days DM and IS bought shares in He1, but only around 100k at 8p.
They know how shareholders feel, this bb is a good way for DM and the board to judge sentiment.

This thread 'heading' might wake the board up a little, let's wait and see.

OK, you picked up on the word I used 'MASSiVE' ( sorry for the caps, inthevoid), that word was a typo, it should have been 'large' and there's no need for a divorce as my wife encourages me, she is worse than me...........say no more).

You're right, but this is my biggest and only bug bear about He1.

I do own other shares as I've said beforeon this bb, He1 is the only bb I'm currently on, My main earner is ExxonMobil (with 4 dividends a year) which is more than making up for my losses on He1......lol

You're technically right in what you've just said,

But all the board had an option to buy up to £100k at 5p in that raise and to buy 100k shares worth £5000 makes my blood boil.
They have had many other opportunities to buy in, to show confidence in the company and they haven't.
I own a massive holding in He1, It would put DMs share holding to shame, don't get me wrong I fully believe in He1's vision, but if the company are not listening to shareholders like myself then I'm afraid it's all one sided.

What annoys me the most about about He1 is from day one, the board haven't bought shares into the company in any sizable amount.

In the last fundraise,the board had the option to buy up to £100k and the best they could do was purchase 100k in shares at 5p (£5000 ). This is sending the wrong message out to the markets and investors like us.

In March's AGM (online) I put two written questions to DM and IS, the one question about the rig was partly answered as my name was mentioned, the second question was, why don't the board buy shares in He1. That question wasn't answered in the AGM or even after the AGM, it was ignored.

Agree totally, but if they haven't yet got to that stage, now is the time to put their hands in their pockets. It will boost the markets confidence raising the SP, shareholders confidence and a future rig company confidence to engage.

Let's hope next week we get a RNS saying that DM and the board have purchased a substantial amount of shares in He1.

There has never been a better time than NOW for the directors to buy into what they preach.

At least we all agree on one thing, D.M, I.S and the board need to buy a sizable amount of shares in He1 to show to the markets they have confidence in going forward.

Well, I Hope DM and the BOD are reading these posts on the lack of He1 shares they have actually bought.

One of my first ever posts on this forum was , why don't the directors buy shares in this company .

QS as far as I am aware most of their salaries are performance related. Being a shareholder in He1, I'm more than happy with that.

I must say though, I feel sorry for your stockbroker as he doesn't know if he's coming or going with your instructions.

Let things happen in the background, I'm sure they are working their socks off to correct this, He1 will come back stronger from this.

As He1 is listed as an exploration company, It's all about Potential Upside , as dia correctly pointed out recently.

What a start to 2023, didn't see that one coming. KR was right when he forecasted a rns on the 3rd Jan, but it wasn't the one we were expecting.

We don't need a crystal ball for 2023 it failed us in 2022.

HE1 not just DM, will learn by this, and now have got a point to prove, and I'm sure they will deliver sooner rather than later to prove to all the fickle posters and investors they were wrong.

Sorry but your fishing again using the same bait. Only the weak will bite with the same scenario you keep using.

It is currently what it is after Mondays unexpected news, but once a rig is announced, ok we all know it won't be tomorrow or even next week, but once announced this share won't go up by just 30% but will go up 100% + in relation to the current SP and many will miss the boat.

Its all relative looking at the wider picture rather than currently the mou.

Anyway the dust is starting to settle, the clouds of doom will slowly disappear and we will be able to see the reflection in the bigpond once again.
