It wasn't me, I promise, I haven't sold a single share in He1, good luck to those who have, I'm not overly concerned in where we currently are,at the moment looking at the full picture, if it goes below 5p I will certainly be topping up when nessesary.

Not a good start to the new year, expectations were high with the rig but unfortunately its what it is, I still believe in this project going foward regardless of what the current doommungers are predicting. hopefully good news will start to come out sooner than we anticipate.

DM and Co will be even more committed now to get this over the line ASAP.

A very good post, their AGM is usually in March so would be nice to have some solid positive news building up to this.

Basically it's all on sourcing a rig right now. No pressure then.

Probably it came down to cost and Exalo walked away.

A sad day indead for all He1 holders, but ending on a small positive note, they still have money in the bank.

It's usually on a Tuesday but tomorrow imo is to soon after the holiday period.

We waited and 2022 was'nt the best of years for obvious reasons, but these things happen, so another week or so won't really mater as there is now light at the end of the tunnel. lol.

Guys, please don't take this the wrong way as your both keen posters, but the last time I paid any attention to the number of posts you guys had, dia was on around 1500 posts and Troajan was on around 82000 posts, and that only seemed like a few weeks ago.

May I ask are you guys on any type of commission, there is a rumor that all posters will be charged per post on all discussion boards from ../../23.

Dia, I remember that film, called Convoy, It was in the late 70's and Kriss Kristofferison starred and was nicknamed rubber duck .No rubber ducks here, all the ducks are almost lined up, awiting that next all important RNS.

Looks like a circus will be coming to town with the amount of 28 ton wagons involved, but it just goes to show that He1 are very serious on getting this over the line and getting that discovery and they are not the circus that some people made them out to be. DM and IS are certainly no clowns.

Many thanks for your kind comments, where has this calander year gone, its blown away. Another year older and wiser. You cannot put a price on wisdom and this in itself will help us into an exciting 2023.

We were talking about £5 a share ( not a pint) with no caveats and then you had to lower the tone with 0.05p and even mention Barry Island, I think you ve lost your Brains). lol

This is the quietest this board has been since the formation of HE1. .. Hopefully.........Quite before the storm, no umbrellas needed here though.

Hopefully He1 can get a good deal with the Exalo rig and Baker Hughes services during this quieter period for drilling companies in SA.

Noticed that LSE have updated the latest director placing that took place on the 14th Dec, but haven't yet updated the placing for the new shares in issue.

How are things your end? " fully funded it was not" was he telling porkies at the time, or maybe not. Possibly at that time they were looking at the cheaper option, the Predator rig, on paper maybe is was affordable.

The ducks are now being lined up with the bigger rig, ok it's cost us LTH with the share dilution and at a cheaper 5p which I wasn't expecting, we knew was going to come sooner or later.....
But in the coming weeks/months the share dilution will be water under the bridge and will be a thing of the past.
Onwards and upwards.

After the bargain low price dilution, I'm still very positive going forward.

Like yourself disappointed in the small Directors buys (again), but I guess why sould they buy when they have lots of share options already..And as last time I'm sure there will be more offered linked with a discovery. Shorely directors of all companies realise that buying shares in their company is one easy way of giving confidence to the market and shareholder's alike.
Are they giving to much away ( excuses the pun) if they invested the max £100k.

We will.have to wait and see as in imo this is probably the lowest the SP will go before the spud.

You 're probably right, DM around the first quarter of 2022 thought as soon as He1 get a rig sorted and then when news flow starts the share price would improve on that news and the share price would have probably stayed around double todays price.
They didn't see this situation coming.

Getting a rig lined up during the year has proved very difficult and cost us months of wasted time which obviously reflects in the share price.

We know that DM has some posters knocking him on these boards, some have valid points and some just have an agenda. I personly tend to look through these sarcastic, negative DM posts and if only those posters could put themselves in DMs situation, could they do any better.

Not forgetting markets have changed since the Russia invasion of Ukraine in February and sourcing equipment has become that much more difficult.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
