Let's face it 2022 has'nt been a good year for He1 in sourcing a rig, we now have a mou in place for the rig, service provider and a placing in readiness for a the contracts to be signed and hopefully onto a successful 1Q 2023.

In the short-term the share price will look after itself.

Well guys I did say a RNS on Tuesday.

In todays RNS it says" All of the directors and some of the management have indicated to participate in the Subscription up to an aggregate amount of approximately £100k".

This statement just shows how committed the team are in this project, let's wait and see how committed they are by the amounts bought. I've personally been on about why don't members of the team buy more share from day one.

Tomorrow this could go either way ( for us longs it's irrelevant), now the RNS is out and obviously with the share dilution each share will be worth less, but with an experienced broker on board and the timing of the placing verses the project this is still a very good time to hold or buy.

Who needs digital itv channels and dia channels when you can watch He1 channel on lse, keep the funny links coming lads, brilliant. Not sure though if it's the funny clips or DMs master skills that are currently attracting new potential investors to this board.

One thing is for sure, the lse He1 data bank is almost at maximum capacity and will need cooling down very soon, hence more Helium is urgently required.

Maybe there is clearly a method in the madness .

Who knows, could a RNS drop this week, if so probably Tuesday, if not I personally can't see one the following week before Christmas, but you never know with HE1.

Getting close to knowing what the next step is in this exciting journey.

The Predator Rig in Kenya hasn't been forgotten by He1, the paperwork will get sorted eventually, in the meantime He1 are aiming for that Q1 discovery with the Exalo Rig. If successful He1 will then purchase the Predator outright for the next campaign, or better still He1 and Exalo sign an agreement for the next campaign of drills.

I must admit that I wasn't expecting the figures just yet but now the figures are out, we all know where the company stands with their financial position, Why disclose them now? Was it just because they had to sooner or later, or was it to get their house keeping in order in readiness for the Q1 drill programme. I say the latter.

The share price will now reposition itself , it's not rocket science that the company needed a fund rise but nothing else has changed, the Helium is there,
a well organised drill programme in Q1 will discover it and today's RNS will be a necessary part of history.

Dia, people who sit on the fence usally get a sore bum and rarely do well in equities, you either believe in He1 or possibly suspicious and maybe not.

Over the last 18 months or so, some posters have moved on, with the markets moving from bull territory to bear territory, you don't need an accountant to point this out .
Call me a camper ( sorry ramper) or even a plant, but at the end of the day I believe in the He1 and their vision, only time will tell. lol.

Totally agree with your sentiments, the same applies as to why their website hasn't been updated due to changeable progression.
We also must not forget that He1 run a small but experienced team who will deliver on their last update.

We have Ian Stalker who has a wealth of experience in this field and to guide He1 though these obstacles along the way.

Who knows the Tanzanian government could be subsidising the rig in some way, also as Dirtydozen13 said previously could be a green energy grant to help with the costing.

December will be the start of RNS 's, exciting times ahead.

Is it possible that ExxonMobil can get involved as our Major?

I wouldn't right it off as anything is possible, more so now with the price of Helium going up and a shortage due to various factors.

I do know that ExxonMobil arel ooking for greener businesses world wide for their portfolio and less investment in heavy crude, not like some of the other oil majors.

Also ExxonMobil have so much cash, they do not know what to do with it.
Approx 10 years ago they were buying back their own shares but as the shares are now at there highest this is not an option. Their last quarter profiles were $20 billion alone.

Let's get that discovery recorded first and you could be right about a Major.
