I previviously said when we get that first 500k trade, followed by the second 500k trade, fomo will slowly start to kick in, well not anymore, with inflation and the share price at a very low point, we now need to recalibrate our thinking, with that the excitement will start to build shortly after the next 1m trade.

As I've also previously said if the sp dips below 5p I will not be hesitating in topping up. You need to be in the club to reep the rewards on offer.

You've just been watching Dragons Den , like me. maybe The Apprentice is more suitable for DM with the catchphrase 'you're fired'.

AGM is only 3 weeks away, what are they going to tell the shareholders this time, as nothing has been achieved since the last AGM, it will be very interesting to hear what DM comes up with next, unfortunately most shareholders have nominee accounts with brokers so won't be present,maybe only a handful of shareholders will be present to the delight of DM and the board.

Lack of communication from the company is slowly turning into a lack of trust in the company. They need to turn this around.

dia, you mention ed that the builders are working next door with a skip, DM wants to move back to his motherland, Wales, and we know that DM has been house hunting , we also know it's a small world.

You mentioned in an earlier post that it's all about suppression, maybe that why the UK government introduced the Welsh, Scottish and N. Ireland governments.

Understand where your coming from, but the last thing us shareholders want is to be told at this years AGM , is that our drilling expert is currently on a plane to Texas.
That last year didn't wash with me.

OK, we are now halfway between the last update and the AGM.

Where are we, and what happens now?

Personally as a rig is top priority I would be hoping for a RNS to announce a rig soon or at least before the AGM.
If this is not possible then the least we can expect is an update from the company before the AGM.

You composed a very good article there,not forgetting dia2belts, agree with everything you both said,...and fair do's to you both, you didn't mention DM once.

Could He1 surprise us all with the next RNS, I'll be happy with a rig, but could they actually be buying a rig or joining forces with ........... to announce a series of drills this year, He1 have a habit of coming up with the unexpected.

Don't forget we are a small company and things take a little longer to get these deals over the line.

Am I frustrated...yes, but still confident in a rig announcement soon.

We are all frustrated with DMs shenanigans since Tai 2, all this negatively could turn with the next RNS, are you currently holding he1?.

That's a fair comment. For He1 to announce on 6th Dec their Annual Results, 13th Dec Announce a fundraise of min £7mill then on 3rd Jan Project Update , to say the Excalo rig not to be released.

All this happened in just 3 weeks,excluding xmas week usually no activity during that week.
If there was a plan, I wonder if Exalo knew the rig wasn't going to He1 before Xmas?.

dai, are you trying to say we are all dummies, I would disagree, I say we are more like guinea pigs waiting for our play apparatus 'the rig' to arrive.

It looks a very grey area but as Bryn59 said earlier, put pressure on your stockbroker and insist that you want to put a proxy vote forward. lol

basically it says by holding your stock with a stockbroker, it's classed as a nominee acount and your not classed as a member, and only members can attend an AGM, (unless you buy shares directly through Crest).

I understand that HL hold around 20% of He1 equities probably all held in nominee accounts.
The board must be fully aware of this, and rely on all resolutions passing, so it looks like DM and IS will have almost empty room at the AGM again.

I put 3 questions forward online at last years AGM only one question was partly answered. The other two questions I'm still waiting for an answer.

Hopefully they are reading these posts and learn from them.

dia, fair do to He1 it is mentioned in the second paragraph of their AGM notice, but, what they don't tell you and I'm sure they are fully aware of this is if we have a stockbroker, the chances are you can't vote through them due to the account held.

Another good post, if I remember rightly, last year this bb brought up a similar accurence, and if I remember rightly, if you use a stockbroker for example:-Hargreaves Landsown, or II, then due to the nature of the account you hold with them dictates on if you can put a proxy vote forward or not.

Good post, this could so easily be He1, it's now in DMs hands to come up with the goods before the AGM, otherwise I'm afraid to say I'll take my boxing gloves to the AGM .

I just hope that ' Murphy's Law's of Helium' doesn't apply to He1...........
that is when one rig dosn't materialise, the others catch the same virus.

David you promised the rig is 100% priority. The house hunting can wait a little longer.
