I guess the board get a lot of their feedback from bbs like this one. Noticed also in the agm that the phrase lifestyle company was mentioned, this was Mucles's favourite phrase, and if you repeat something to often it can stick, we all know what happened to Muscles.

Unfortunately there are no friends in buisness as DM found out and as the years pass us by sadly it becomes almost exceptable for some people to lie for whatever their agenda.

Yesterdays agm was more professional tha last years, as a matter of interest how many shareholders were at the agm yesterday?

We the shareholders can only leave it to the experts who we've bought into.

Resolution 5 being cancelled, will please some investors but the board probably thought, taking everything into consideration that now is not the best of times to go ahead with it.

Still very positive, happy to hold, and wait patiently for the next RNS.

If we take the time scale away of waiting another few months for the spud,the I am happy to hold in the 5p-6p range.

This is a unique company and these opportunities do not come around very often.

I fully believe in this project and ignore the posters who deramp with their own agenda's.

I applard the company in issuing the presentation before the AGM to see exactly what we are going to get, as I'm sure one or two would have taken advantage and found negative reasons otherwise.
It now all out in the open.

Thank you for reminding me of the phase I used previously, Onwards and upwards, at the moment it's onwards but the full phrase doesn't sound right at the moment.

Seems like a very long time ago, hopefully not much longer. AGM tomorrow looking. forward to it.

I have faith is in Ian and Lorna delivering what we have been waiting for soon.

I'm itching to start using that phrase again, and when that green man starts dancing, that will defenatly be the time.

During the investor meets people interview Lorna came across very clear professional and confident. She will be completely different from DM.

When I worked with ExxonMobil we had a woman manager appointed in charge of 100 + employees As the weeks went by, after we got over the initial surprise of this appointment, I must say she was a breath of fresh air to have around, she moved on after only 3 years as she become successful within the company.

We do not know what has gone on behind the scenes since the last operational update on 3rd Jan, but it's irrelivant as we move forward.

One thing is for sure and that's the earler AGM which is on Wed 15th.
This will be interesting with the new CEO now on board that will obviously be very upbeat on where we currently are.

Next will probably be a rig announcement , this will come when they are ready, it will not be rushed.
We all have different expectations especially around the rig and rightly so after the last few promises, but He1 will not want to screw this one up, so just a little more patience is needed.

Completion of AIM regulatory due diligence is now complete regarding our new CEO.

On the He1 website Lorna Blaisse is now added as new CEO and director.

Resolution 5 is just there just in case its required . Just look at it as a piggy bank money for when its needed. He1 currently don't need it and have money in the bank therefore will not require this at the moment.
Personally I feel a rig will announced on ..... and then during spud if or when the company feel they need the fund raise, say on ... then Resolution 5 will be applied.

But the price then wil thenl be on a multiple of where it is at the moment.

and .....then if a discovery is confirmed this will add massive value to the share price and the word dilution will be after under the bridge.

Mmmmmmm,.... I thought you previously said he was way overpaid on £180k +40k bonus or do you mean cheap, as if he has cheapened the profile of He1.
He has now moved on, so we also need to try and move on.
As far as another life style AIM company then if appropriate the new board need to deal with this name tag that some perceive this is, and only time will tell as long as there are no Rolex 's involved.

What makes you think that the Predator is not coming our way now DM is not the CEO?. ( hence your sell).
We know nothing. lol

Although Lorna has been made the new ceo of He1, we do not know what goes on in the background. Ian would not have put her in this position if he didn't think she was capable.

Who knows, maybe they've agreed between them that it's a temporary position until the right candidate is found, and this as we speak could be on going.

What we can do in the meantime is to give Lorna our full support and wish her lots of luck.

Agree with most of the sentiments on DMs failings. Obviously we don't know and never will know the full facts.
One thing that really annoyed me was during the last fund raise in Dec all the board had the option to purchase up to £100k in shares.

DM if he believed in what he was doing would have purchased a sizable sum.

Instead the amount he purchased was 100k in shares worth £5k taking his grand total holding to a measly 310k shares in He1.

Putting his errors to one side then possibly if he was more active in buying into owning more shares he would probably still be the ceo.

Lorna don't make the same mistake by not buying into what you believe in, otherwise it will come back and bite you.
