Fair point but I'm sure lots of parameters in play with Noble before announcement of the rig, also don't think you can add Noble to an ISA.

Probably Noble shareholders read boards like this and have picked up on this new road to Tia3 as much as He1 holders are searching Nobles newsflow streams.

Could certain people in one of more of the companies involved with the rig who know whats going on, purposely be holding back good news until end of June, knowing that they will be able to pile in at a lower price and make a small killing.

I'm still positive on this, but this had to be said and sorry for sounding negative.

Dia, clearly mistakes have been made, and all when DM was ceo. Hopefully we have learned a lot from these mistakes and will not make them again.

LB now ceo and hopefully can pull this off even though DM did mention a possible rig share, and probably realised at the time of talking about this that it was difficult to contract a drill company to drill one hole in a remote area, not fogetting hiring a rig must have got more difficult since pre Covid and the Ukraine invasion.

I know what I'm going to say is irrelivent, but if Noble wasn't around, where would He1 be at the moment, as rig company's do not seem interested in a one drill operation in a remote area as its not cost effective. He1 would probably have had to drill twice to get a rig company on board.

Having said that, we are currently in a good place with this rig share assuming the rig is signed and then a discovery is found.

JW comes across confident when talking about the rig, even though the timeline has now moved 2 weeks from mid June to the end of June.

These things do happen with heavy equipment but his credability will be on the line if it changes again, people will then start to look at Noble in a different light.

Gogs, lm sure it's all going well in the background, end of June is the timeline to ship the rig, if its delayed beyond this, Noble will start to loose credibility and this will effect He1 but I must say, trust you to throw a spanner in the works.

As we are sharing a rig with Noble, both companies cannot disclose information that may or will effect the other company.

Hence no comms currently from He1.

Of course shareholders want regular updates from the company we invest in, but in a situation like this any news from Noble about the rig should viewed and mirrored by He1 even though there's no comes from He1.

I'm sure comms will improve once the rig is signed and secured.

I understand LB worked for Tullow Oil for almost 5 years from 2009, so there is some connection but not sure if it was the same time JW was involved.

As Noble changed from a farmout deal to a raise within days of saying everything was on track, I then wondered if some of the experienced He 1 management board had anything to do with Noble changing their mind and simplifying it for all 3 parties invloved to get this over the line. Sounds crazy but very plausible.

Even though He1 and Noble are neighbours, they could be a lot closer than we all assume.

RNSs can be submitted by a company 24hrs a day and could drop anytime between 07.00hrs and 13.30hrs on stockmarket days .

Nobles share price today closed +2.65% in anticipation of their corporate presentation starting tomorrow at 12.00hrs ASWT or 05.00hrs London time.

The rig contract needs to be beneficial for all three parties involved, doesn't nessarly mean all monetary, could mean share option's if successful, only when fully agreed by all parties the signing will then take place and all shareholders will be notified via RNS.

RJ, agree but you obviously mean HE1, anyway some good posts on this board as of late, some posters are over thinking and if chill isn't nt working then try zen which is more calming.

He1 are in this rig club and the news will drop very soon about the rig.

Funny enough, I also had breakfast in Cardiff this am, at the cafe over looking Roath Park Lake, the ducks are now looking very happy and are all lined up and ready to go.lol
