I'm more than happy to hold He1 however long it takes, or until I don't feel easy on my holding So far I'm happy even though currently sat on a paper loss. That doesn't bother me at the moment, I guess we all have different investment strategies.

Equally happy to hold PDR but thanks for your opinion.

There are a few exceptions to the current market and as you say PDR are one of them and hopefully He1 will be next, but it is not as easy to pick a muti bagger in todays market.

PDR has been on my radar for around 12 months, finally bought in @6.8, but He1 has absolutely massive potential and hopefully when the rig is signed, the next few months will be very exiting for all holders.

On watching the agm again yesterday for the ..th time, I was suprised the sp then was 5.45p, and is now currently 5.75.

This share, I'm sure is on so many investors radars, especially at this price , when the news finally drops the volumes will be massive and the 5.5p range I'm sure will be history.

Let's not forget that the markets are not what they were 18 months ago, but having said that, He1 could be one of the best performing shares of 2023 if the board get this right.

The board seem 100% committed in delivering this with Ian Stalker at the helm who has a lot of skin in this as the main shareholder.

Time will tell, one step at a time, hopefully starting with a rig contract soon.

This morning had time to listen to the AGM again which took place on 15th Feb 2023.

Some interesting bullet points as a reminder.

1) Resoltion 1 was to approve accounts up to 30.6.22.

This is an interesting cut off date. I think Keith mentioned Nobles end of year was 30/6/23. Accounting figures will now be in a new year for both companies, will this make any difference in announcing news soon?.

2) Th Rig is our Absolute Priority, and we are in talks with several contractors (10.40m). Rig selection very complex ,there are other rig contracts on the table but it can change weekly (17.30m).

3) Keep our shareholders as well informed as poss, when a rig is signed they will be the first to know.

4) Once the rig is signed we will give the civils a nod to prepare the site.(33.00m).

5) Dm had recently left he1, IS went on to say professionalism now we have Launa, she also has the technical ability ( 31m).

Maybe a dig at dm.

6) IS said ,prospect and opertunity is outstanding,looking forward to the next six months, he also went on to say" we will be looking to buy more shares because we believe in this project "(39m)

6)IS said in my opinion, No intention of further dilution, dilution is toxic.

Here's one to think about and I'm not implying that He1 and / or Noble are using these tactics.

What if all the contracts have been drafted/ completed and safely locked away knowing that the longer they are left, this in turn will bring the share price lower on no news to a level that only the people in the know will be able to pile in big time when the share price reaches a certain level, shortly after then the news is released.

I'm sure the above will be breaking every rule in the book and there will be heavy consequences but.....

We say that the Aim market is a jungle ,could this really happen?.

alligator comes across very negative in his posts even though he claims he is a shareholder, alligators have a good bite but it's all about the timing. Lol

Obviously there is a reason why there is silence, even though us shareholders don't like it.

When there are two or more companies working together with a common goal, none of them want to screw up in releasing something the other companies dodn't want to disclose, it's probably part of a binding agreement between the companies to stay quite. This could/ will be massive for all the parties involved.

I still believe that it's a positive that we haven't heard anything as yet.

For those who are having sleepless nights then I would suggest sell.

Taking everything into context including the time frames, current movement of He1 share price and deafening silence ( even from Noble) with no news, I have a gut feeling and I must stress,only a gut feeling, that the draft RNS has already been written for all parties involved and its now just about the timing to release the news to the relevant markets.

I put my money on Monday.

Can't believe how low the SP currently is, but markets don't like no news, people who are selling at these prices imo must be mad. I've had to stop myself buying anymore otherwise I might end up having more shares than Ian Stalker 🫢.

One thing is for sure, we are closer to an RNS than before, Noble said the rig will be on a ship by the end of the month, so it doesn't take much working out, its now all on next week.

Are Noble really that Noble in what they say ,can Noble put their money where their mouth is?

There is a high probability that a RNS will drop either Monday or Tuesday, I put my money on Tuesday ( possibly next) but what do I know.

Appreciate you going back through the ASX announcements and checking the funding is in place for NHE. It's been a bit like Chinese wispers on this board as of late.

This is good news for He1,but they obviously already know that, from a shareholders point of view ,we thrive on news but no news and we tend to overthink, and that is where we currently are.. I'm sure the two companies are in Tandam at the moment and this is the reason why there is currently no news from He1.

From a Noble timeline perspective he should hear some news next week.
