As from today we now need to move on , I fully believe that Lorna is fully capable of being the new CEO of Helium one , she has my full blessing.

Ian Stalker knows what he is doing and I applard the RNS today, even though I didn't see that one coming .

Wether we get a rig announcement or not in the next week or so is irrelevant, unless your a shorter (names withheld). It will come soon with full commitment from the company.

What I can say is that we are now in a better place ,Lorna I'm sure will be a good move, we can now go forward and source the rig, but more importantly the discovery that both He1 and shareholders desperately want.

Onwards and upwards.

If, if, if.......... a rig announcement comes out around the agm, then the share price will take off with the announcement of a new CEO now at the helms.

Wow, DM has taken a lot of stick, especially on this board which has obviously has had an impact, but didn't see this one coming at all, with where we currently are at the moment, let's now get on with sourcing and announcing a rig, and the all important AGM next week.

I know nothing, even the tea leaves are not what they used to be, inthevoid has the crystalball, and its been fully serviced similar to the Predator, but a good polish works wonders as things become clearer, next week will probably be the start of of an onwards and upwards trend, but I feel there will still be one or two questions that will need to be addressed even with the long awaited announcement of the rig and crew.

I was hoping to top up below 5p but we are probably now at the bottom because of the Helium play.

How are things my friend, almost there I'm sure, we always believed in this project regardless of the doom mungers, DM has taken a lot of stick on occasions with his promises , I'm sure we understand the anger but we've look through this, probably call it overthinking by some on this BB.
I guess all our expectations are different.

I say bring Katie of Proactive back, she will sort DM out with that slight tilt of the head and those big piercing eyes. A Hypnotic interview is needed next to get to DMs hidden level.

Dia, a lot has been said and I agree not fully backed up, but............

It could be a combination of, maybe, sometimes things in buisness can change or us overthinking, various situations or maybe a combination of the two.

They have £10m after the recent Dec fundraise, another fundraise is unlikely at this moment in time.

Many thanks for spending a lot of your time on what you have just posted.

Noble has always been in the back of my mind especially since the Predator rig came into the mix in Sept/Nov.
It does make a lot of financal sense to share a rig , probably why DM mentioned a rig share club. In some way it could be beneficial to have a neighbour looking for the same resource but it needs to work for both companies hence due diligence is of uttermost importance for both He1 and Noble.

I'm hoping for at least some positive news pre or at least during agm, if not will be analysing every single word said at the agm to try and build a picture of the next steps forward .

I've just heard that DM is joining the spinter group to source a rig.

At the moment my wife's glass is half full and so is my glass, so the only way our finances will dwindle is topping up the glasses making sure the glasses are not half empty.

Seriously though, I guess with any investment if your worried in anyway or simply can't sleep then it's definitely time to sell. Heath is more important.

I must say I thought I was on the wrong board when I first saw your threads, but when I realised I wasn't , I read them and must say there are a lot of similarities to he1 so thanks for spending the time to share this info.

dia, as you know, there's one golden rule with investing, only invest money you can afford to loose.

It's the wife's idea, she has the money not me, so I'd be a fool to go anywhere, just like He1, ..... I'm staying put.

We have £10m in the bank (sorry He1 not us) more option's if required, if there is good news to come out, it will probably be out a week before the agm.

He1 could already have a rig supplier in place and are probably sitting on the news until the release date suits them.

Is DM a black Knight or a dark horse?

If he goes on to get a rig and then a discovery, he will be the best thing since sliced bread was discovered, if he fails probably a piece of burnt toast.

I was contemplating buying 1.75m shares but thought I'd keep it a round figure.
Another big buy tomorrow. News soon, I'm sure. lol

@dia2belts , If he comes up with a rig sooner rather than later, I'm sure we will forgive him.

Why don't we say, that for every day that goes by in February he needs to give back 1k from the 40k.

It would be interesting if this was a possibility to see how much of his bonus he would have left before he announced the rig.

Rigitess is not pleasant, a lot of it around at the moment in Tanzania, when it eventually comes out I'm sure we will feel a lot better.lol

Don't underestimate them, something big could be going on in the background, hence the quite period.

Spot on, I just hope we don't get left behind in the race to extract Helium.

Only last week Renergen announced they are the newest helium company to convert helium gas to liquid in their Virginia SA plant.

The plant was part funded with a loan to the tune of $500m by the US Development Finance Corporation. Dirtydozen13 in his previous posts on this board always mentioned these loans/ funds available to companies like Helium one.
