True Nolupus, but clearly the discussions are not straightforward, who will fund any more work on this, IMM cannot afford to fund anything and I very much doubt they could raise any money again so what is the solution, they have had two weeks to discuss it, Will Avion find it, will Avion walk away, will IMM find further work via a placing, it’s all guess work but one thing is certain it ain’t going to be pretty imo

As I said in a previous post if there was any good news the directors would be should it from the rooftops not let the price fall 60% and say nothing! At this price they are getting peanuts from the Lanstead financing, many people were burnt badly with dddd, ignore red flags at your peril

How can they be having discussions with the FDA? That has to be done via a meeting request, The point of the submission was to convince the FDA to allow a phase 3 trial to take place, this has not happened so I very much doubt a few emails and phone calls is going to change there mind, I assume an rns today in any case

And we did find out, it was bad news and here we are two weeks later in the dark about wether the company has a future or not

Desperate lol, do you really think if there was any good news to be released then they wouldn’t have got some out 2 weeks after receiving the decision… do you not think significant shareholders are on the phone daily asking what the hell is going on

IMM did not anticipate these changes trust me ask the bod yourself it has come as a very nasty surprise, Avion are not scientists they are a marketing and sales team, IMM bod are not scientists, clearly the FDA don’t believe Lupozor stays in the body long enough to have a proper effect imo hence the request for a PK study, now they have seen the results they want more info on the dosing… doesn’t take a genius to work out the FDA are not convinced hence significant guidance, any as Dallo says I’m sure there will be an rns tomorrow or Tuesday but with around £1m cash I do not see how IMM can afford anymore trials or delays and there lays the problem

But who will fund a phase 2 trial? Avion won’t imo, IMM can’t so who funds it.. if Avion say to IMM right we will still find the phase 3 if you fund the phase 2 then how the hell do IMM raise the millions required! We are sat at 3p any placing would be what 2p, then all the Lanstead agreements would hve to be amended, L1 options amended yet again etc etc it would just wipe out all existing holders, it’s a real mess that is clear to see and we need some clarification as to next steps, because as things stand they received the FDA news 2 weeks ago yet shareholders still don’t know the full details so what is going on because if a phase 2 is required that’s at least a year delay and millions required, Which we don’t have

A lot of rubbish been written here by people who have no idea what they are talking about, clearly the reason the share price has fallen 60% is because the FDA want significant changes to be made before a phase 3 trial will begin, so the question is who will fund these delays and changes? Avion won’t fund it imo they didn’t fund the PK study, IMM can’t fund it they have around £1m in the bank imo, it’s obvious to me that the FDA don’t seem to believe that Lupozor stays in the blood long enough to have an effect, hence the significant guidance on dosing comment, you can’t start a phase 3 trial if the FDA are not happy with the dosing! It’s a real mess hense no news for 2 weeks since the FDA gave their verdict, and a 60% drop in share price, if Avion stay on board it has a chance but it looks like there will be significant delays and more funding required, if Avion walk away it’s finished imo, no margin calls here there isn’t any institutional investors above 3%, only sellers could be Avion, Zimmer can’t sell, Lanstead are funders not investors, I assume an rns Monday or Tuesday, GL to all holding but I fear it will be bad news and huge delays

2.75p to sell, as I said earlier if you ignore the red flags don’t expect to not get burnt

Avion are a private company they can do what they like, Avion 3% is worth about £400k, eyes peeled for any TR1, if Avion are pulling out IMM will be pretty much an aim cash shell with around £1m in the bank, in hindsight the fact Avion didn’t participate at 5p when they did previously at 11p was a huge red flag, Last one out turn the lights off

Or it’s Avion selling their 3%… if it is this is finished, look out for a TR1, some huge sells on the book

I would assume if Avion do pull out then they would also sell their stake in IMM… let’s hope these large sells today are not Avion selling in a hurry, any TR1 from Avion would be an immediate signal to sell all at any price imo

It does unfortunately look to be all over, total silence never bodes well, if Avion pull out the company is finished, no funding, no trials, no tangible assets, it would make sense for Avion to just let IMM go into administration and buy Lupozor for a pittance, it was always high risk high reward, sorry to all holders

It would be cheaper to let IMM go bankrupt and buy Lupozor off the administrators! Their funding with Lanstead requires the share price to be 6.6p to get the full amount, if Avion pulled the plug and the price goes sub 1p then IMM are no longer funded as they would be getting peanuts from Lanstead, on a knife edge now either Avion take pity on us they lose patience and pull the plug, they have had a week to talk it over since the rns so I imagine IMM bod are desperately trying to convince Avion to stay on board, we will know our fate soon enough, FDA decision was surprising to say the least, we cannot afford another 2 year delay like with the PK study nonsense and yet still no further on

Obviously significant discussions are going on behind the scenes after the FDA shafted us, really cannot believe how many obstacles they are putting in the way of a simple phase 3 trial! If Avion do decide to pull out the share price will be sub 1p imo, do Avion let IMM collapse and buy Lupozor from the administrators… or will they meet the FDA demands as IMM cannot afford to fund anything Avion control our future unfortunately, pleased to see it holding 4p it’s a miracle it’s held up so well tbh, so disappointed

Avion could well decide to throw in the towel, that’s the risk now, if they do then this is finished unfortunately, just got to wait and see what they decide, but it’s not the outcome we wanted, I feel the FDA have doubts about the drug actually working, hence they asked for a PK study, and now they want to know more about the dosing, and advise significant changes to be made, stunned it’s holding 4p tbh but I’m not complaining… we will know our fate next week I assume

It has 100% not been anticipated, FDA are not letting the phase 3 proceed for whatever reason and have put obstacles in the way for 2 years now, IMM and Avion thought they had done everything required, yet the FDA still not happy, ridiculous and very disappointing for everyone

The gamble now is do Avion go ahead and fund a phase 2 trial if that is what is needed before a phase 3 can start, if Avion pull out then this is finished imo your talking a share price sub 1p which in turn ruins their funding with Lanstead, really is on a knife edge now
