obviously Lupozor works a company like Avion does not agree to spend $25m funding a phase 3 trial without doing a huge amount of due diligence, and not forgetting it has successfully past phase 2 trials in the past and also attracted a multi billion pharma company many years ago to come on bird as partner before they got taken over… huge interest in Lupozor hence two multibillion $ companies have partnered with them, and IMM hit £250m Mcap during the last phase 3 trial… if the phase 3 is successful we are talking life changing gains for all invested here many many multiples of todays near all time lows, the key that unlocks the value here is FDA approval, fingers crossed we get the meeting minutes this week, what’s for sure is it’s imminent, GL all for the week ahead

The meeting has to be scheduled within 75 days, but what I hadn’t realised before was that the rns actually stated we are waiting for the written response and not for the meeting to take place, I was just highlighting that last year the FDA were 12 days late with their written response to the last type C meeting request, as you say we won’t hve long to wait

FDA has advised that they do not require a formal face to face meeting and will provide their written response to Avion approximately by the end of July 2021…. IMM issued the rns on 12 August 2021 so the FDA were 12 days late in providing their written response… and that was during the height of Covid when the FDA were extremely busy, yet they were still only 12 days late… we won’t have long to wait that’s for sure

The 75 day limit is for the meeting to actually take place, the meeting has clearly already taken place as we are waiting for the written response… so basically we are waiting for the minutes to be typed up and sent, I would suggest this does not take a considerable amount of time, if there had been a delay to the actual meeting then the FDA have to formally advise Avion of this and reschedule it

Just realised though that the rns states they are waiting for the written response, which suggests the actual meeting has already taken place if we are just waiting for the meeting minutes to be sent to Avion… not long to wait

I have just realised the rns on Wednesday states “ As of 30 August 2022, Avion has not yet received the written response from the FDA” so this means we have not yet received the minutes from the FDA meeting…. The meeting must have therefore taken place otherwise the rns would state the FDA have yet to meet to discuss the proposals…. So it appears we are waiting for the minutes of the meeting to be typed up and sent… next week is going to be a truly transformational event for IMM, positive news and this sleeping giant is finally awoken from its slumber! Just listened to the last investor meet presentation and it’s hard not to be impressed, double digit royalties on $1 billion annual sales in the US alone for Lupozor and that’s excluding the £70m in milestone payments due to IMM from Avion, the bod taking £100k recently is also a bullish sign when transformational news is imminent, I accept it’s a gamble but it’s a gamble worth taking imo as the odds are heavily stacked in our favour imo, GL all the rewards on offer here could be truly life changing from this level

Another £5k for me, FDA approval tomorrow or Monday and it’s lift off

I’m sat on the bid at 6p so it’s most likely me lol, but there is a background buyer the trade will show after hours in any case

The book has definitely switched last 30 mins, looks like they are filling a large buy order, hopefully from the US…. The FDA decision will land any day, positive and this is going to be one of the biggest risers on aim this year imo

If we get FDA approval it unlocks everything, it unlocks partnering deals for the rest of world rights, it unlocks the Lupozor phase 3 trial fully funded for $25m which is the jewel in the crown given it’s multi billion $ sales potential, it unlocks the CIPD phase 3 trial and it opens up the possibility of a takeover at a substantial premium however given this has the potential to be closer to 50p during the phase 3 trial I would not personally accept a takeover at say 15p as the potential is there for life changing gains here

This won’t fall below 6p on the ask let alone 5p wild tiger, huge buy orders in sub 6p and news can land any day, I will sit on the bid and pick up any slack if it ever did fall sub 6p, Only 6 trading days left until 12th September and the 75 day FDA limit for type C meetings is up, we won’t have long to wait
