So apparently Tim said in his last interview that they could have started the phase 3 last year… so why now do the FDA want an updated trial protocol, more info on dosing both of which will take months and months then have to go back to the FDA and wait another 3 months or so it’s just a joke, wouldn’t surprise me if Avion pulled out tbh 3 years since they signed an agreement to fund a phase 3 and FDA still are not happy with the most important aspects of dosing and trial protocol, no wonder they did a 5p placing prior it makes sense now, if Avion do pull out this is all over, sorry to all holders but it’s either massive delays or it’s finished imo

No they will need to submit a new trial protocol to the FDA via a type C meeting and go through the whole damn thing again, it will take months and months totally ridiculous

Issue is if they have to amend the protocol then that has to go back into the FDA yet again and wait for approval, more delays is what the rns reads to me

Looks and smells like more delays, if Avion decide not to go ahead IMM is finished so we just have to hope the FDA guidance isn’t too erroneous

If we see anymore heavy selling today it will be a cause for concern, my worry is the two week delay May be down to this not been a simple decision for the FDA which I had hoped it would be, I just cannot understand how it is taking nearly 3 months to write a simple written response I was convinced we would get an rns at 7am tbh

It’s £50k sold within an hour or so… that’s not your usually aim trader getting bored, anyway whatever I’ll be holding boom or bust

Something is definitely going on I agree, any bud from Avion would hve to be well north of 30p though, Avion CEO has already stated he wants Lupozor to be their lead product in the future…. Now that would be a good rns to wake up to on Monday morning! We will find out soon enough I’m sure, GL all

Your entitled to your opinion, my own view is this is very much on peoples radar and on FDA approval we will see 15-20p, as I said GL to all as we await the FDA’s decision

One of the things the graph tells me is that the rove went from 25p to 170p during the last phase 3 trial… and did 300% on the Avion deal, and 100% on Positive PK study… obviously for a company to reach £250m Mcap and be endorsed by two separate partners for Lupozor one of whom Avion are prepared to spend $25m on a phase 3 trial and see it as their lead product in the future… I personally think from this tiny Mcap with the potential this has that IMM will deliver for share holders moving forward once we get FDA approval, GL to all hopefully next week is our week

I wish I had, I am patiently waiting for the rns like everyone else… in hindsight it would have been great to trade but if your out overnight and in the morning FDA approval rns lands then your missing out on life changing money, not worth the risk imo especially given it’s now 2 weeks late.. has to come very very soon the FDA don’t like missing their deadlines

Haha well I think it may well be running off on Monday morning mate… if it does you will never catch it again imo but GL whatever, I would rather hold for gold and potentially make life changing gains but we are all different, GL to all for next week, I think we break 7p today as anticipated of a Monday morning rns grows.. and let’s face it it’s due!

Haha if we get positive FDA decision on Monday you could have paid it for 10 years!! The markets are hot right now and we all know how fast IMM moves on news… it did 300% when they announced the Avion partnership, and 100% in April on positive PK results so can you imagine what it’s going to do in FDA approval… we could be in for another 300% day, especially if the yanks start buying too as Avion is a private company… news 3 years in the making it feels like it’s ready to go on a huge run that’s for sure

Avion most likely have the FDA decision now imo, we await Avion to convey they message to IMM…

And if they do let you buy they want 6.488 for £5k worth… as i have said before our patience will be rewarded
