Mike Buck is presenting on Tuesday…. Heron has not been confiscated… if it had then it would have to be in an rns if not Mike would end up in prison if he withheld that information… he certainly would t be doing an LsE presentation on Monday if they no longer had Heron

I guess it doesn’t really matter too much what a few protesters say on Facebook, if the government give matd the land permit there is nothing a few protestors can do other than accept it or get arrested, if it is been discussed in parliament tomorrow it is obviously at the highest possible level

Just like local people in the UK don’t want fracking companies to drill for oil, the Mongolian people don’t want oil companies such as matd drilling for oil on their land! The opposition is huge I very much doubt the government will go against the will of the people and the people say get out of our country your not pumping oil on our land!! As Iv said the best bet now is for matd to cut their losses and leave Mongolian imo and start again in a different country who actually allow oil production

Can see this below 1p by year end, so much opposition to PM I can see this been a long drawn out legal battle that could go on for years

It’s also worth mentioning that the land law package is still in its draft stage…. It will take many months of revision and discussion to upgrade it from its draft status, will be another 12 months before any vote ti approve imo painfully slow it’s taken 3 years just ti get ti this stage

The Mongolians don’t want any oil drilling to take place on their land that’s the issue, it’s like in the UK when there is opposition to fracking local councils have final say and this is what has happened to matd, the local government has rejected the land permit application time and time again, and the government don’t want to go against that decision it seems so MB needs to be honest and maybe cut their losses from Mongolia and start someone else to try rescue this company, sub 1p it’s worth a punt as they have $5m cash to maybe buy some new licenses in a different country and start again

The only time to buy here is when MB reveals the truth via rns that no drilling is now possible for at least 6 months due to the weather and they are no closer to getting a Land Permit, obviously if the permit is refused then MATD have nothing at all, maybe worth a buy when it falls sub 1p but not at these levels

I was wrong unfortunately we all get it wrong from time to time, wouldn’t be surprised if it delists now selling a few drugs for Avion in Europe as agent hardly justifies a listing and they have no means to fund a new trial or themselves, maybe get £500k placing away at 1p but if Lanstead are selling out who knows what price it will drop to, as I said I think it’s game over here now, sorry to all who still hold
