They are funded for 12 months so that should bring some comfort, it all comes down to the update, if the update suggests Avion are still committed then it should move back towards 6p, if Avion are not committed it’s sub 2p, really is a gamble red or black but either way holders will find out tomorrow as they cannot release the interims without an update, it did seem like yesterday was capitulation day for IMM, all holders remaining will be committed LTH imo and I genuinely hope their loyalty is rewarded

Well the interims will be out tomorrow at 7am along with an update so all holders will get know more tomorrow, get the feeling yesterday was capitulation day and all holders remaining at long term, May buy a few back tomorrow if the update is positive

Every other rns mentions phase 3, yet we are now back to clinical programme, what’s your take on it draye out of interest if you work on the sector, interested to hear your view

Rns states “ The FDA response was detailed and included significant guidance on next steps for the clinical programme” no mention of phase 3 trial it’s clinical programme… so who funds the clinical programme in response to the significant guidance… if they do offer another broker option placing at say 2p I will take it at that price but until we get some clarity that Avion are still on board it’s too much of a gamble and I refuse to risk losing 70% of my capital

Ginhall the price has come down because people hve realised that the “clinical trials” as mentioned in the last rns will need funding…. IMM don’t have the ability to fund any further work imo so as Iv stated before who funds it? It looks like DDDD all over again, and I am genuinely sorry to all those left holding the baby

If they announce Avion have pulled out it probably goes sub 1p then that will be the time to buy a few as a gamble, the way things stand it’s far too risky, I fit one wouldn’t want to lose 70% on a bad rns, better odds at the casino imo hense the relentless selling

Agree we await the next steps of the “clinical program” as stated in the last rns… every other rns mentions the next step been starting the phase 3 trial yet after reviewing the FDA response it’s now “clinical program”…. As I have said a few red flags are present here, surprised it’s holding 3p but as you say it’s all speculation, IMM do not have enough cash imo to fund any new clinical programmes, and that is the elephant in the room, I assume that’s why we hve not heard anything further for 2 weeks because they cannot agree to anything with the FDA without funding in place, will they do a 2p placing… Will Avion fund it… Will Avion walk away… we will find out very shortly I imagine

It will be interesting to see what happens to the price if they do announce a delay and more trials required, a lot of people on this board seem to be expecting good news, may buy back If it hits 2p guess it will depend on any new funding requirements as I was burnt on dddd and spot some similar red flags here

And how do IMM find themselves through another delay because a placing a year ago was done at 11p, last placing 5p and now the price is 3.5p so you can see the issue, IMM do not have time or money on their side hense any delay to the phase 3 trial IS bad news

I’m not talking about the PK study, I’m talking about the FDA giving significant guidance on dosing, if you guys think the rns two weeks ago was good news then fill your boots, the market doesn’t agree it was good news, the market is telling you it was bad news, the bod have not given an update for 2 weeks since the very brief rns, in what world do you think they not issue an rns if the phase 3 trial could go ahead? They would be shouting it from the rooftops, await the rns anyway then we will see who is right and who is wrong, my guess is significant delays and more funding required, last post from me now until we see an rns

Well significant guidance on dosing is an issue. You can’t just start injecting people with different doses that have not been tested in a phase 2 trial, so if a phase 2 trial is needed who pays for it? It would probably be a 2 year delay for a new phase 2 trial, so who funds IMM for a 2 year delay and who funds the trial, do you really think the share price would be sat at this level if there was not a huge problem? Do you not think the bod would issue some clarification to calm investors if there was any good news to be had? No one can say the FDA rns was good news as the market has had 2 weeks to value the news and it’s 50% lower

Definitely not short doubt you can even short it tbh, but many seem blinded by the rns, significant guidance means significant changes needed, as I said who will find these delays and changes because IMM can’t imo

Maverick, we were at 7p before the FDA gave there verdict and it was a thumbs down clearly, you don’t fall from 7p to 3p if it was good news! Todays buyers are gamblers and bottom feeders or those averaging down, if the next rns is more delays and more work needed this is going sub 2p imo unless they can find funding from somewhere, dddd hurt a lot of people I think people are right to be wary here, if the FDA had given the green light it would be a different story of course
