Once MB announces the true problems here with the land permit and the real risk that MATD may be refused it permanently on environmental grounds this is going sub 1p, no activity possible now due to the weather for at least 6 months, when the rns drops revealing the truth Shareholders here could be wiped out

Petrovis don’t hold 32% they hold 21%…. If the gom continue to not support matd then there is a real risk of matd been kicked out of Mongolia imo in which case investors here will lose the lot, all the time Mb collects $350k a year for doing sfa!! Why are shareholders here not demanding he take his salary for doing nothing in shares instead of draining matd of $350k a year?

Share price will likely tank after this latest delay, and no doubt MB will now have to be honest about the land permit issue via rns, amazed this is still above 1p tbh given the circumstances this could drag on for years

No more than a cash shell these days imo a dormant drug with no clear funding in place isn’t worth very much, hopefully the bod are not taking a salary! Be cheaper for Avion to just let this fail now and pick it up from the administrators, sad state of affairs and amazed it’s still a £9m Mcap tbh, £3-4m would be about its value now imo

Who funds the phase 2 trial? Who funds IMM? Without funding it’s finished and these two questions were not answered just glossed over yet they are the most important questions to be answered so ensure the company does not go into administration

To anyone still invested here be very very careful after that rns, no mention who would fund a phase 2 trial, no mention who would fund IMM, and been an agent in Europe for a few of Avions products is not why anyone is invested here, such a vague rns with no firm commitment on anything, will most likely be sub 2p shortly and for me I see no reason to be invested as nothing is happening and no funding is mentioned, May aswell just sell Lupozor to Avion and become an Aim cash shell

Agree MB should not be taking a single penny in salary he should be deferring it or taking his salary as shares while the company is dormant, he needs holding to account for simply taking a huge salary, whilst delivering nothing, in fact I encourage all shareholders to email him and ask why he is not taking his salary in shares

Why would anyone in the right mind buy now when very shortly there will be an rns to state no drilling for at least 6 months and the price will tank…. Only a fool would buy at this level when in a few weeks time it will imo be closer to 1p

AZN had sales of $1.2 billion in the first 6 months with their Lupus drug! Can you imagine where this could go from £9m Mcap once they get it approved… looks like the FDA are onboard and supportive, Avion are onboard and supportive and will find for $25m so it’s very much game on here, well done all that held big day ahead today that second rns was key as it shows FDA want to help the drug gain approval and Avion are happy to fund it, once finalised this will be back at 15p imo

Agree bamb it will fly towards 5-6p if the update tells us Avion are still on board and supportive, but I will be happy to pay the premium as it will derisk the FDA guidance news and suggest the phase 3 trial will finally commence at some point soon, and if it does this is 15p all day on on commencement of a phase 3 trial for a billion $ drug so happy to pay 5p on confirmation Avion are still partnered and supportive, GL all who have kept the faith

Bit of buying last 30 mins, life in the old dog yet, Tim couldn’t pull a rabbit from the hat with a positive bit of news could he…. If they confirm Avion are still funding the trial and happy to support it will do 100% no problem and even that would only put it back to the placing price 2 months ago, opportunity maybe but it’s a gamble on a good update or not, I’ll wait for tomorrow personally and buy at 8am if good news

If that is the case and Avion are still committed then this should move back up to 6p on confirmation, it’s a gamble on whether Avion are still a committed partner or not imo if they are then game on, if there not then game over… but an update can’t be far away, they are discussing something that’s for sure as they hve had the FDA response for over 2 weeks, can Tim pull a rabbit out of the bag is the big question

Well investors buying at this level will either make a fortune or lose the lot, that how I see it anyway, I will buy back in tomorrow for sure if we get told Avion are still very much on board as that’s the key here, if they are committed it’s game on, but we need an rns to state it

Agree it’s all about what’s in the update tomorrow, positive and it’s off to the races, negative and it’s a case of how much bad news is already priced in, hard to value atm hence the need for tomorrows update, will it settle investors nerves… we will soon find out

Investors here are crying out for the bod to tell them all is not lost, guess that’s the point I’m making if the bud steady the ship it would work wonders, prove needs to do 100% just to get back to August placing prove it has fallen a long way due to many short term
