LTH will most likely be wiped out! They are getting 80% less from the Lanstead deal than anticipated and burn £3m a year… so cash will be out by my calculations within the next 3 months, so it’s either a discounted 1p placing out of sheer desperation or the company is liquidated imo it took them 3 years to get to the point of FDA rejecting their application for a phase 3 trial… they can’t afford another wasted 3 years, this doesn’t end well for shareholders imo

Massive dilution since 2017 as you well know, Mike said this time last year that the LP would be soon…. And nothing happened in 2022 as we know, $6m cash won’t last long imo the smart thing to do would be to do a placing now before the share price drifts back towards 2p on non news over winter

Sad to see this company finally heading for the aim scrap heap imo, I doubt they could even get a placing away at 1p to keep the lights on. Anyone with any money left in here would be wise to get whatever they can out before it goes into administration imo, FDA and the BOD have screwed holders here, sorry to all

2017 they had an Mcap of £6m…. Todays Mcap is £27m at 3p due to the $45m raised over the years for drilling, it will most likely settle around 2.8p-3.2p now until we get some firm news over the winter imo

He will definitely raise money imo the question is at what price, $6m doesn’t go far and if Raptor is a duster and Heron doesn’t flow very well then the price will be below 2p very quickly indeed so raising cash into strength would make sense, Mcap is £27m at a 3p share price, looks quite expensive now without any actual new news the rise was based on momentum as is often the case

He said the LP would be sorted at a similar time last year…. The Mongolian government say 1-3 months I’d say that probably means another year lol, fools and their money are easily parted those buying at 30% premiums today May wish they had waited a while for it to drop back under 2p

Hmm well when CEO’s do a promotional drive it’s usually as they want to drum up interest for a raise… each Heron drill costs $2m and he wants to do 3…. Wildcat drill costs $2m… all this can’t be paid for with only $6m. A placing May not be a bad thing 2p would be a good price in the current market

What Mike says and what Mike does are two different things, be back sub 2p soon enough

They have $6m so this Will obviously not be enough to drill the wells and cover all admin costs for the full year, a placing around 2p would be my guess

The drills cost $1.5m, they have $6m cash and an agreement about to be signed off with DQE, so they are fully funded for all drills in 2023
