Looks like an off market trade, wouldn’t be able to sell 900k on market for over 6p especially when IMM is SETS traded, there are an army or buyers waiting for a drop here below 6p which has huge support, FDA decision will land next week imo positive and it blows the doors off 12p as a minimum, GL all

When news lands and it could literally be anytime before 12 September the rise if positive is going to be epic, moves fast under any buying volume it always has done, be typical aim if the rns lands this week and it does a few hundred %

Avion will most likely buy IMM out if the phase 3 trial is successful, obviously they have not received the FDA response yet as per todays rns but by FDA rules to has to be sent within 75 days of the meeting request which takes us to 12 September as a final deadline but hopefully it will come before this, nice little buying op today will most likely be back towards 7p next week and on positive news we all know what will happen, sit back chill and await the rns would be my advice

Type C meeting is any meeting other than a Type A or Type B meeting between CBER or CDER and a sponsor or applicant regarding the development and review of a product.
Type C meetings should be scheduled to occur within 75 days of FDA receipt of the written meeting request.

This meeting request was sent in 27th June so the latest possible response date from the FDA is 12th September…. Just for information purposes

Bud was 5.5p yesterday morning… ask was 5.9p so yes it is the same as yesterday morning, Savvy investors will be buying this in size below 6p, sell up if you don’t want to wait but this isn’t going south today because lots of people with lots of money are waiting to pounce

The spread is the same as usual around 5%, it’s a buying opportunity not a selling opportunity, so what is the FDA are a little behind and have not yet provided their response, it will come regardless, only a fool would sell at a loss because nothing fundamentally has changed, if you bought for the FDA decision then hold for gold if you wanted to sell out before the decision then you should hve sold before last Friday

Avion will have the FDA decision, but they are a private company so they do not need to release it to the market, they will however tell IMM once they have read and discussed the decision, price action today doesn’t suggest a negative leak so far

They could have drafted the rns yesterday and last night, all it needs is Nomad sign off which could have been done first thing this morning! Let’s see but no news is rarely good news I have found on aim, if the FDA hve rejected it then so be it but I would rather they get the rns out rather than let their mates get out first, have seen this so often on aim over the years

Avion are a private company the news will not be made public, only Avion will know the verdict and for some reason they have not told IMM yet which is concerning, really hope we don’t get shafted as it will be 90% fall if we do

They hve changed the Drug, and updated the formulation that’s the gamble here with the FDA as if they said Lupozor needed to start a phase 1 and phase 2 trial all over again with this new formula then it’s a nightmare hence Dallo comment of total wipeout, I understand the risks and the rewards and I am prepared to lose it all here on Tuesday if it’s negative, the FDA are a strange bunch. Your here for a quick Buck and are desperate to get out tomorrow to de risk, I’ve already de risked and am prepared to lose the lot if it’s a negative result, I highly doubt you are prepared to do the same
