It was 2018… and around £250m Mcap, Lupozor has long been touted as a blockbuster billion pound drug, Avion obviously think the same as their CEO commented that he envisioned Lupozor becoming the lead drug in their portfolio… the potential is huge, it just needs to deliver, if the bod and the drug delivers then we will see £250m Mcap again no problem which is a near 20 bagger from these levels! I hve around £25k invested and will just leave it to hold for gold as in a few years time there is the chance that £25k could be worth £500k if all goes to plan it’s a risk I’m willing to take as the potential rewards on offer are life changing

True but from £16m Mcap if it did actually manage to get $150m in royalties per year from the US market alone with only Lupus, the scope for life change potential is there, if this company could generate $150m a year profit some time in the future you are looking at a £billion company which from current levels would be a 100 bagger…. Pie in the sky figures I know but if all went to plan that’s where IMM could get to and there are not many companies on aim if any who have this potential

Some big volume coming in last hour or so, mainly all buys, the broker option closes today so we should get an rns tomorrow, be interesting to see if it was filled, would personally rather it wasn’t fully subscribed so there’s no overhang, directors took £100k of it which is positive so only £1.2m up for grabs, little over 2 weeks to go before we find out if this company is going to make us life changing returns or big losses, what’s certain is if Tim is right when he said in the presentation that we can get $100-$150m in royalties each year from Lupozor in US sales alone, then my god a lot of millionaires are going to be made buying at this level, the FDA decision unlocks so much here after been in the doldrums for so many years, maybe just maybe it’s about to rise from the ashes

You don’t care about buying shares 10% more than you need to lol very smart, were you one of the fools who was slating me for saying a placing was needed before the end of this month, the price will imo drop below 5p once the broker shares are sold as people use leverage, anyway we will see, I won’t be adding any more

Wigwammer let’s put it this way, if you can buy shares at 5p via the broker option, who in the right mind would pay more than 5p…. That’s like going into a shop and paying 10% more for the same product as the shop down the road that’s 10% cheaper, if I was going to add to my holding I would do it via the broker option at 5p

I certainly will be asking him, any investor who wants shares can buy them off SCP at 5p, so no doubt we we see an army of people flipping their 5p placing shares! It stinks

If death spiral finance at 5p was the only option it does not bode very well, I am stunned that Avion did not participate at 5p… if Avion decide to pull out it’s all over here and to me something about this placing stinks, the broker option at 5p puts a floor on the share price at 5p, as does the 56m options and 30m warrants, so now we have a floor of 5p and two Lanstead death spiral agreements, fantastic

Something stinks here imo, why were Avion happy to participate in the last placing at 11p but not this current placing at 5p a 60% discount… doesn’t make any sense. They couldn’t attract Institutional money so had to again go to Lanstead death spiral who wanted the shares at 5p and 30m warrants, if Avion backed IMM 7 months ago at 11p why will they not back them again today at 5p? Got everything crossed that Avion do not pull out as that really would destroy IMM, be lucky to be at 1p let alone 5p if they pull out, perils of investing on Aim

Well there it is, death spiral funding with Lanstead at 5p and £1.3m to be raised with private investors or HNW via the broker again at 5p… holders really have been screwed here, 25% discounted placing and more for Lanstead to sell too

This is the issue Nolupus… there isn’t enough money to last the next few months, the research note highlights that they will be minus £800k by year end, so at £200k cash burn a month that estimates they run out of cash by the end of this month, something has to give either a bridging loan or placing but above all else the directors have a duty to ensure the company survival, if Worst case scenario the FDA have delays or reject or Avion have an issue then IMM will be in administration if they don’t have any cash! Want to see some cash in the bank here ASAP by whatever means hopefully a bridging loan or small placing but we need cash ASAP

What baffles me is why the directors don’t buy any shares, they are not in a closed period yet only ever dipped their hands in their pocket once for a token gesture, that needs to change imo and was brought up at the AGM

They will raise before the end of August as that’s when they run out of cash, it states this in the research note, with minus £800k forecast for year end and at £200k cash burn a month the forecast is they only have £200k left at end of July imo they cannot risk administration as Avion would then just buy the patents for a pittance, so imo they have to raise within the next few weeks the question is at what price, be happy with 6p but would not be surprised with 5p in this market anything can happen
