Let’s hope they don’t do a placing atm as the market is shocking, 30-40% discounted placings a regular occurrence on aim, I think Tim should dig deep and really back IMM in the next placing, it would definitely align him with shareholders and focus his mind, atm he gets paid regardless of performance which in any business is never good

They will raise money Dallo, FDA have 75 days to schedule a meeting which takes us until early September, they only had £1.6m left 6 months ago and burn £3,5m a year so it’s clear as day they will do a placing imo. But the amount needed should hopefully be small and supported by Avion so not too concerned about the placing tbh, it’s just a waiting game now, AGM was positive in the main, obviously a little disappointed that the FDA have 75 days to schedule a meeting but we cannot change how slowly the FDA work, more patience required, switch off time for me now and come back in two months when news will be close, GL all

They will raise funds, that’s why they have changed the nominal share value at todays AGM from 10p to 1p so they can raise additional funds at levels 1p and above instead of 10p and above, that was the point in making this change, but any fund raise shouldn’t be huge, and btw Lupozor is there only drug, and is the drug used for CIDP trials… surely you know this?

Nope I’m long and strong, they need to raise because they had £1.6m left at 31 Dec… and they burn through about £3.5m a year… hence changing the nominal share value from 10p to 1p so they can raise funds, it’s not rocket science it’s basic stuff

500k sell just popped up, I imagine a few investors will be spooked at the nominal value been changed from 10p to 1p as now the BOD can issue shares in a placing from a nominal 1p level, rather that than a DDDD situation though where investors lost everything because they couldn’t raise funds, fingers crossed any placing here does not come with a hefty discount

Because your questioning if the type C meeting has taken place or not, If you were at the AGM you could hve asked for yourself

Avion have submitted the PK study data to the FDA via a type C meeting, the meeting has not yet taken place and the FDA have 75 days to schedule the meeting, latest date been early September.
The nominal share value has been changed from 10p to 1p… so now they have the ability to raise funds from a nominal value of 1p

People will get confirmation today at the AGM whether the meeting has taken place or not, I don’t think it has taken place personally But will get confirmation today

H1 isn’t coming this year unless they sort the land access issue and get a contractor… they havnt achieved this in the last 12 months so not sure why you think they will achieve it within the next 4 months before the winter weather closes in…

So it looks like we have 75 days for the FDA to respond to a Type C meeting, after doing some research on the FDA website that’s what it says for a Type C meeting so early September and we should have a decision

Agree we are now at the final hurdle and so close to this company waking up from its 4 year slumber… it will imo be an epic recovery once the phase 3 gets approved and gets underway, Art Deas is obviously very excited about it’s potential, Avion are clearly fully committed as they see Lupozor as been their future leading product, no wonder they paid £1.2m for IMM shares at 11p in the last placing, with Avions backing IMM could be a portfolio maker from this low levels there’s no doubt about that

On 4th May they were requesting final guidance from the FDA, now after receiving that guidance they hve submitted all the PK study data and requested a type C meeting which is excellent news as FDA now have a deadline by which to schedule a meeting and finally approve the phase 3 trial. We are now at the final hurdle and investors in at this level will be richly rewarded imo

Trying to shake some out, try getting a quote to buy…. Impossible it’s NT, will be buying more once they get their book in order

When the US opens this should go mental, Art Deas is incredibly successful and a billionaire, for him to say they want Lupozor to be their lead product is absolutely huge and shows the ridiculous potential Lupozor has to be one of the leading products in a $10 billion market

Yep but by that stage the phase 3 will be almost complete so a few million would be easily raised and Avion will no doubt be substantial shareholders in IMM by that time to make any takeover offer easily accepted
