We all know how long these preparations last haha, when was the phase 3 supposed to start early 2020…. Anyway at least the FDA work fast…..

You guys do know that IMM need to submit the PK trial study results to the FDA and wait their approval, as we have seen this will likely take many months, the whole point of the PK study was so the FDA could review and approve the results so any talk of results imminent is rubbish, Could be a 3-6 month wait imo and with Lanstead selling each month I can’t see this staying above 5p while FDA decides IMM’s fate

Lol the holdings rns is Lanstead taking the placing via a sharing agreement. All them shares WILL be sold into the market at whatever price the market pays as that’s what a Sharing agreement is. A form of death spiral funding

The sharing agreement means Lanstead sell their shares at whatever the market price is over the next two years, of course if there are no buyers for the shares then the price has to go lower and lower to attract buyers. Hence why it fell from 12p to 5p over the last year

Imm definitely did need the money look at the last set of interim results and the cash burn… look at how much money they lose every 6 months you clearly haven’t done the maths, Sharing agreements are a firm of death spiral funding imo as they can sell at any price the market decides

Yes Pokerchips I fear most novice investors do not know what a sharing agreement is… They could sell the lot at 1p is that’s what the market price was, it’s death spiral funding in disguise imo

The Sharing agreement basically means Lanstead buy £2.4m worth of shares at 11p, IMM then give that £2.4p straight back to Lanstead. Lanstead then sell the shares into the market over the next two years at whatever the market price is. And that’s why these agreements are often referred to as death spiral funding as they can sell at any price it doesn’t matter to Lanstead what the price is. They get warrants for free and get paid for the agreement so great deal for them, not so great for shareholders to have a constant seller into the market imo. Will probably settle around 6p over the next few days as the market realises it’s a nice headline but maybe that’s about it unfortunately, alll im my opinion the market will decide as ever
