My info was from the Interview Tim gave on proactive where he said he was going to visit Avion in the US in about a months time, if that info is now not correct then don’t blame me, I’m not Tim’s PA I don’t set his travel plans. You seem to be suggesting he is not now meeting Avion this week in the US and if that’s the case that’s disappointing

Let’s also hope Landstead don’t sell into this little rise. Judging by their sharing agreement and last holdings rns they have over 5% to sell before the agreement ends in June I think so that’s about £800k give or take left to sell, so not a huge amount

And let’s hope it’s good news, hopefully something tomorrow but total guess work as ever

Some big guys coming in today, looking very good indeed, could be in for 100% day when news lands given how oversold and undervalued this is, not many companies on aim are about to enter a fully funded phase 3 trial with a blockbuster billion $ potential drug with £70m in milestone payments, the rise here back towards previous highs of 170p could be epic

Should get an update after the CEO visits Avion in the US next week, I am sure there will be lots to talk about. If I was a betting man I would say if Tim can get Avion to take a position in IMM along with their already agreed $25m funding of the phase 3 trial this will re rate very hard and fast, similarly if Tim lays out the timeline for the phase 3 trial. He stated 1 month ago that the PK study was going very well expect an update after his US trip.

Bit of buying today, interestingly the CEO stated in a recent interview that Lupozor still has billion $ sales potential. I think IMM get £70m in milestone payments if approved with double digit royalties on sales from Avion from memory

I think we will get an update next week

He says in his last interview they are going in a months time and that was 1 month ago so they will probably be in the US next week so you would think after these meetings an rns would be put, you never know he might convince Avion to take a stake in IMM… now that really would set the price alight given they are already funded the trial for $25m. Get the feeling this share could take off with some huge volume if they start getting some news flow out, Lupozor is clearly worth significant lot more than the current £17m Mcap given Avion value the US market alone to be significantly more than $25m otherwise they wouldn’t fund the trial and be willing to pay £70m in milestone payments to IMM if approved. They are taking the risk so they clearly see huge reward potential I guess we will know more after they meet face to face

Looks like Tim Is visiting Avion next week in the US, he stated in his last interview he was going in a months time and that was 1 month ago…will probably get an update next week on the progress of PK study and phase 3 trial start date as I think it’s the first time Tim has met Avion management in person due to Covid travel restrictions, lots to talk about I am sure. The news drought should finally be over

If the BOD get some news out regarding an update on the phase 3 trial then obviously it all changes, imo it will either drift on no news or head back to 9-10p if the phase 3 trial gets a start date, you pay your money you take your chances as the saying goes

Unfortunately looks like the price could be heading towards 5p, the market knows £700k CLN needs to be repaid on 10 December and they are imo running low on cash, and with Lanstead selling its looking pretty grim, sorry to all LTH

Just as with thought, attempted pump and dump yesterday, it will be back to 6.7p later today imo

The 150k and 100k trades are all cancelled trades, share price up about 3% on the day in real terms as it was 7.20p to buy at close and 7p to buy this morning, Looks like an attempted pump and dump to me, most of the buy trades matched with sell trades a few hours apart

Looks like a bit of a failed pumpy dumpy ahead of the looming CLN date in December

Yep they can call an EGM and change it, which they will need to do when they raise more funds in the next few months and maybe before the £700k CLN is due to be repaid in 6 weeks time
