No mention of FDA new imminent… 3 board resignations including CEO ahead of major news…. If they wanted to resign why didn’t they at the AGM… something not right here and looks like they have jumped ship before the wave hits imo

Well I was right about there been an army of sellers once any volume turns up this will just get sold into like today, plus there are the CLN that are still outstanding dragging the price lower

No 3 years until Trial readout results, you clearly didn’t attend the AGM

It’s already priced in that it will go ahead imo the issue is that the trial will take 3 years and IMM will need to do further fund raises, I can see this selling off to 6-7p on news so many investors are desperate to get out of this

The CLN are a continued drain on the price and will need to be re paid if not all converted by December, see L1 CLN. Also see the Lanstead Sharing agreement another £1.2m for them to sell... the market didn’t chase this up when end of Q2 was expected to see FDA decision intact the price was 7.7p to sell, so I don’t see why the market would chase this up when any phase 3 trial if FDA allow it will take nearly 3 years to complete

2 years to complete any phase 3 trial if the FDA give approval so it’s looking like nearly 3 years before any trial results here. Same old same old, delays more delays and years to wait

The larger sell volume last few days suggests bad news is on the way. As you say we will wait and see but my guess is a delay rns this week

The selling this week indicates number 2 imo we would hve been informed if Avion had met with the FDA, then it takes another 6-8 weeks for FDA to make a decision so if they haven’t even had the meeting the delay could be significant

Looks like a delay rns is coming up as last time Avion had a meeting with the FDA the date was communicated via rns a month in advance... no meeting date, no news, something not right here at all if there is a delay I expect 6p to be hit pretty sharpish, if it’s a no from the FDA it’s over for IMM unfortunately it looks like a lifestyle company for the overpaid BOD

Avion are a small company, doubt they could afford a takeover they haven’t given IMM a penny so far

I notice Avion no longer have their collaboration with IMM on their website or mention the Lupozor news... doesn’t look good

Pleased with the numbers??? They lost £6.9m and achieved nothing for that money imo, convertible loan notes still outstanding too

Still at least the Lind CLN is closed as of November, don’t think the L1 notes have that much remaining but hard to work out, once these and the sharing agreement with Lanstead ends this should move, it’s bad legacy finance agreements that are holding it back as atm there is clearly a seller, once they clear it’s free to move

Unfortunately I made a mistake, the CLN agreement with L1 still exists, it was the one with Lind that was closed, the L1 CLN remains until Dec 2021, apologies for the error

Yep mining is what Tanzania relies on, huge industry, I have been on Safari there actually fantastic country, business never stops in Africa they cannot afford to unlike the west hence no restrictions due to Covid, if they stopped working they would have to stop eating, business never stops

Got a feeling results may land tomorrow, business doesn’t stop at SGS they work 24 hours at a state of the art lab, assays usually take 6-8 weeks for results depending on volume, we are now into the 8th week.... spectacular results and we could be looking at something very special from £7m Mcap, possible 10 bagger given the sheer scale of the area and price of metals targeted
