If this selling continues it’s only going much lower placing or no placing I can see 4p been hit, I too was going to buy but the relentless selling has put me off and Is for me a huge red flag especially when no TR1 to explain the selling has been issued

So these huge round sells for weeks are all private investors getting bored??

I can see it hitting 4p under this amount of selling pressure, funds are needed in whatever form it takes but price action is odd this isn’t all warrants clearly

They need minimum of $39m… who is going to lend such a huge amount without wanting a significant percentage of the project, would many be surprised to see them raise say £15m via placing to help fund it, not many ppl willing to lend $39m for a mine in Africa most of these finance deals for aim juniors are always terrible

Discounted placing around 4p is a possibility here imo the price action is a huge red flag

Loss for the last 6 month period was £3.7m, add £700k and that is a number larger than the £4m cash they had in June

You do know Lanstead still have over 5% to sell as part of their sharing agreement… and a CLN needs repaying on 10th December… and funds are needed to keep the lights on. 5p looks nailed on imo

Where is the money coming from for 2022?? In 3 weeks time they need to repay a £700k CLN… everyone knows a placing is due here imo due to the ridiculously high cash burn and with no news on PK study until end of March 2022 and Lanstead selling their holding the price is only going lower imo

Let’s hope we get some news before the £700k CLN is due for repayment in a few weeks time! I feel it would ease investors nerves if they addressed this issue the last thing the share price needs is a negative rns
