Should find out next week Nolupus as the loan is due for repayment next week, CLN are never a good idea. Question is if L1 converted at say 4p then shareholders would be shafted and it still wouldn’t solve the fact that IMM need funds for their 2022 operations… what a mess

They would need to call an EGM for any placing anyway

It’s pretty simple, look at their cash burn in the interim results to 30th June. Look at all the restructuring costs £500k in paying off old directors etc, Look at their last cash balance, do a bit of maths add the expenses up and add in the £700k CLN that needs repaying next week and bingo you may have your answer as to why the price is falling, pokerchips is no fool and his earlier post is possibly spot on, the price action doesn’t lie imo

Simple question, where does the money come from? Looking at the last set of accounts and seeing how much money they are losing it’s not difficult to do the maths. The science may be good but how do the company fund themselves…

Only another 10% drop for this to hit 4p, looks like it’s heading there over the next few days as the huge selling continues, will probably find some support at 4p ASK but the selling is relentless
