The fact Avion are significant shareholders of IMM at 11p and are willing to spend $25m on a phase 3 trial which is more than the entire Mcap of the company suggests they see value here at north of 11p, well north I would hazard a guess

There is definitely a good chance that this could be a life changing share for those invested from these levels, it 10 bagged during the last phase 3 trial and that’s was with the continued large placings needed to fund the trial. This time it’s fully funded by Avion for $25m and admin costs have been cut to £1m a year… once we get this phase 3 started this sleeping giant will awaken, and we all know how fast it moves under any buying pressure, not many potential 10 baggers on aim, but this imo is one of them

How do you rate the chance of success this time around leas?

Well they hve had 4 years to learn the lessons of the last phase 3 trial, just need that FDA approval then they can finally get the ball rolling and get the rns feed flowing, this has been sleeping for the last 3-4 years but will, without doubt wake up and attract the herd once things start getting exciting again, you never know Uncle Tim might surprise us and get another big deal over the line as he did with Avion, he definitely needs to prove himself because he is going to be under pressure at the AGM, especially if we don’t get an update beforehand

I just think the Mcap here hit £250m on anticipation of the last phase 3 trial been successful, if it had been a success we would have been talking £500m Mcap…. FDA approved even higher… guess my point is that if Lupozor gets approved this ain’t going to be anywhere near £15m Mcap, most likely a few hundred million so the risk reward profile is there and they have rest of world rights and $70m to come from Avion in payments and double digit royalties, im happy to hold for gold as in three years imo with a fair wind and success the share price should be close to 100p and that would be life changing for me, anyway firstly we need that FDA approval as that unlocks everting including the CIDP trial and possible partner to come on board as they said they were in discussions with two parties, one I assume is Avion who are also now a shareholder of IMM

Your right there Nolupus, but I think there’s a good chance of success here, after all the European cohort was a success in the last phase 3 trial, I think a good trial design, Avion with their experience, and the data from the previous trial will all serve as a huge advantage when conducting this new phase 3 trial, after all AZN lupus drug failed it’s first phase 3 but was successful the next time around and now approved by the FDA, hoping that will be repeated here, if it is shareholders willing receive life changing gains

No I didn’t, I said 15p on phase 3 trial approval, and hundreds of millions if Lupozor has a successful phase 3 trial and gets FDA approval after that… would you agree?

They will raise but I think a Avion will take most of it, wouldn’t even be surprised to see a Avion buy them out on FDA approval tbh think most people would take 15p

Possibly because this is the mother of all sleeping giants, £16m Mcap at present, if the phase 3 trial gets approval and meets it’s end points we will be talking about a company worth hundreds of millions, and that’s without the CIPD and other pipelines, the FDA decision really is the golden key to unlocking the value here and it can’t come soon enough

Yes thanks Pokerchips, there is such a thing as buying in smaller amounts to get a better price, my average is very high from previous buys hence buying at these all time lows to bring it down. I encourage all shareholders to attend the AGM, there are a group of 10 of us going down so it will be a good turnout, be good to meet everyone and ask the board some tough questions

When FDA approval lands it unlocks a $25 fully funded phase 3 trial in a market valued in the billions, it unlocks the CIDP trial which would be eligible for Orphan drug designation, it unlocks partnering discussions and it allows for a steady flow of positive news that will likely take the price towards 20p once the phase 3 trial is in full swing, been nearly 3 years of delays but we are finally at the final hurdle, all FDA requests have been met, PK study met all its end points so it’s just a question of the FDA making their decision… they have had 6 weeks to look at the PK data, It will be a day of huge relief and excitement when the news drops, and if it doesn’t drop before the AGM I know of at least 7 people who will be asking the hard questions to the bod

Ex directors own nearly 10%… shareholder group of which I am part of own a good proportion… FDA approval and Tim will be fine but he will certainly be taking some heat at the AGM that’s for sure as will the entire bod if they don’t start updating the market more regularly. If the next rns is FDA approval all of course will be forgiven, will the news come before the AGM that is the question, 2 weeks to find out

We don’t hve to vote for Tim to continue at the AGM… there is a group of shareholders who are attending that are planning to vote against Tim to continue as CEO as I have heard some large shareholders are planning to do the same.. poor performance cannot be rewarded

There won’t be many happy shareholders at the AGM that’s for sure unless he gets some news out he is going to get slammed as will all the bod, Avion 60% down on their investment from December too

I will be attending the AGM as will a number of other shareholders so I have been told to finally hold the bod to account on why they are not buying any more shares, or take part of their salary in shares, seems only fair,

The FDA have been supportive of Avion a US company at every step along the way and also have reviewed all the data already, the only thing left to do is look at the Pk study data… the FDA have a 45 day review period for all submissions and guidance requests… it’s all on the FDA website

Yep that’s the golden moment for IMM, FDA approval might also unlock the discussions for the CIDP Trial, and also other Licensing discussions for Lupozor around the world, wouldn’t be surprised if they get FDA approval and Avion just buy IMM out tbh, think the FDA have 45 days to give their decision as it falls under a SPA application imo so should hear something in the next two weeks
