@jackb14 basically the offtake agreements are leverage for buyers to put up and shut up. We sign them and no buyer.

Market is not clear on direction or dilution (hence the pause in price).

We may know but the company isn’t sending signals to the market yet on direction, dilution etc.

Which a buyer will not want to take on, they would want the off take unencumbered.

It needs signed off, prior to the investment decision.

You need offtake agreements in place and signed before you do a FID, unless you have the cash.

In addendum do we not issue more shares soon as the pension deal, so investors will wait, and will wait for clarity on how we fund e.g. no further dilution.

Yip and DFS and offtake, a buyer needs in before offtake confirmed. An NDA makes them silent, and at least 1-2 companies know what it will take roughly to buy us out.

The market also needs to know now what!

@not2sure if your getting serious with Gina, then yes she has to if she wants expansion. However financially she doesn’t have to do a thing.

Expansion means getting outside her back door! As in aux.

If you are over leveraged or too far in here then you are (hopefully not fecked), cause this will be a rollercoaste ( hopefully not) however that would be extremely rare!

with hindsight neil h has a pair of bulls *******s on him! the irr he posted is faster than a tech company, he had an offer and then 2 x more! and it seems to stand
