Keep in mind the 16.4 million was for operational expenses, the offtake is for the mine build. So theoretically I would like to think no more dilution for a while, as we have MIf 25 million incoming as well.

Does it matter to us? Take it as dilution known, issue and with the background move up. A nice we update from the company on proactive or whomever to help clarify, always Caveated with a buyer can approach anytime as we have seen. Yada yada!

On the SP pensions bought in we have a slight dilution due (think Tuesday Wednesday), as per norm when this happen price usually drops a little, however it hasn’t down much here.

Well back to my point the other day. We haven’t heard anything on memorandum of understanding or the equivalent on any offtake agreements. So time will tell I guess, and early days.

We are cheaper to take over I guess as Elevra has the increased capex for the mine build, however there is nothing stopping a company making an offer for elevra’s stake in the project.

Difficult to compare solgold (others more wiser may contradict), but solgold was a massive deposit, but a highly complex and expensive mine build out, underground and think it was in the 1-2 billion build cost.

We are a lost simpler build, open cast etc. I see our biggest risk is the LI price.

We also have the soil samples results from near eggy hill (forget the name) to be produce.

I am hoping that the Lithium market has matured a lot, and with that comes a level of maturity in relation to the value in the ground (possible say that about other minerals/metals as a whole).The sheer volume of products, from drones-bess-robots etc. and demand should hopefully help stem some of the earlier lowball offers that we have all seen in earlier mines.

As for here it doesn’t seem like the management team thus far are easily swayed to sell at the 1st opportunity or two.

I also eluded to the point earlier, that we don’t know if a buyer was wanting the whole package as in Elevra and ALLs share.

So it could be very intersecting going forward, and I am actually keen to see what news or lack of is released as it could point us in the final direction we are heading. GLA

@5toamillion if your a vertical integrated company, you want to control your supply chain, not have legal debates with your partners.

@JackB14 see the woods from the trees, why do any of us not think that elevra weren’t part of the takeover offer? As in the whole package 📦

We haven’t even seen a memorandum of understanding on offtake, which if seen will be the put up or shut up, for any buyers.

Hence my commitment to the quieter the company is the more likely it’s a takeover.

@JackB14 so these scenario is, market waiting to see direction.

If the previous buyer, was a potential off taker (which makes sense), the. They know the timeline and the clock is ticking.

Are they a buyer or an off taker, so will potential any others who are involved in offtake discussions as they know the timeline. Ideally you would have more than one company looking at off take. To balance the risk.

So 2x companies made an offer, one a large shareholder, another most likely an offtake company or potential. Others can be in the wings.
