That’s several months of internal hoop jumping, cross checking the NPV, IRR etc.

So this should get into the fun phase, this is however where wars/unknown durations impact investments. Not interest rates alone.

If rat lands, and the company just releases and RNS and doesn’t do any PR or proactive etc. are we assuming a deal is on the table? As it would be weird if they didn’t

@OldWiseBull007 if they don’t get a speeding ticket, then does that mean the company has informed them? And if not, what happens if it opens in the 20-25 range and then moves? (Granted that maybe extreme).
