The 80 days expire mid-july, if Atlantic want more out of the swap date, they need to increase the price before this date.

Just working through whatever % Longstates wants to sell at the moment. noting that it’s not worth their while below 15.

Hopefully not much longer for this tranche, as the rest will be over a longer period/higher price to make a profit.

Actually hoping with Longstate receiving them on the 20th, that they are finished selling prior to the 25th when the pension funds (should be sticky) receive theirs.

A tad un ethical, and they could just of been part of the raise anyway. However the majority of the raise was for local, regional entities to enter hence I wouldn’t see Assore entering them either (overshadowing the government).

Mind you probable not Assore as they do block deals like the Piedmont deal.

Depends on the approach, if your taking over why pay Longstate 40p for their shares or us, when you can by them at what seems like 15.116.

As long as investors expectations are managed accordingly, the revisit of the DFS will incur scrutiny with our partners which to be frank should be expected, so I wouldn’t expect an instant turn around especially given the war etc.
