It’s in Atlantic court to play, and push for FID date. The feed is needed for stage 2 to be closed and offers on the table.

The only question really is elevra waiting to scoop up those we reject and save time/money or have they got their own deals on the table.

@JackB14 as per below/previous post, I believe and hope your right on your commitment here as this could be shaping up very nicely.

Especially with Macquarie Capital managing this, the types of interested parties (large car, battery companie), their needs to lock in long term supply and the recent Cotes headlines etc.

I think from the stage two off take, we have a high probability that the offers will come requesting a part of or first rights of refusal for cotes supply, this hopefully may come with additional drilling funding or investment. Securing supply for yeast do them and taking us to the companies goal of being a regional supplier.

Interesting times all round.

Yip that was the cheap deal, now they can hope FID doesn’t work out (which is pretty darn slim, almost zero) and take over, or pay a significant premium afterward with a lot less risk.

What’s crazier is that we are the seeet spot for another opportunist takeover/bid to come.

@5toamillion as rat has landed we can draw down from MIF now, as per below. So we should be looking at firming up the additional tons/drilling.

MIIF is to invest US$27.9M in the company’s Ghanaian subsidiaries to acquire a 6% contributing interest in the company’s Ghana Portfolio, inclusive of the Ewoyaa Lithium Project. The contributing interest will take the form of funding of development, exploration, and studies expenditure.

@5toamillion it’s key the company engaged with the wider market. Plenty they can say and timelines. We have less than 30 days for the new warrants etc. anything on a cotes partner, memorandum of understanding on offtake, further samples to be reported on.

A nice RNS on offtake, or update would really trigger the put up or shut up for any buyers. Looking forward to that one.

Well they need to be moving, to start the mine build after the rainy season in Ghana, and order the long lead items etc.

Well it’s not Longstate selling in the latest tranche so probable a good time to buy iat this price . The company just needs to follow up and set investor expectation as per Keith’s update. Assuming Keith will be focused on FID and mine.

Noting Neil H is very quiet, and due to his background he maybe engaged in some interesting negations on cotes, offtake and anyone else interested in us.

You have to remember though which is one pain the arse I have with the AISC modelling etc.

Elevra are a customer who’s is buying from Atlantic 50% offftake at market value, as part of the deal.

So at 2,000 a ton we make 420 dollars profit at the JV level as profit from every ton they buy, cause the contract is at market price.

I would put the value to Atlantic as being 70 million plus 50 percent of the other costs for the mine build.

Anything else would be based upon elevra walking away, which would leave multiple options that would need to be evaluated.
