Yep, a tad disappointing after yesterday buying, a complete reversal today. Starnge somebody flogging a chunk @ 4.16p when 4.32p was available.

Kaz, much that it's enjoyed independence for 30 years or should i say the elite individuals with a very big helping hand from govt officials in high places. As we both know, corruption is rife and elite clans will be fighting for the prizes. Nazarbayev will have enemies as will Tokayev as will all the elites. There are many articles on Nazarbayev using technology to spy on friends with influence inc his family, not only enemies.

Tokayev won't be running the Tycoons out of town, they have considerable wealth and power as a result of the authoritarian regime, that won't stop but maybe there will be a bit more wealth sharing from the haves to the have nots otherwise Tokayev risks a repeat of this situation. He will be building relationship with the CSTO countries but they are a real mixed bag but in the eastern bloc, where there's money, there's corruption and i've experienced it first hand.

Can't change the risk factor of stuff i can't influence, i or any investor has to consider it as you would do with any investment. The fundamentals, i do understand and the future fundamentals are likely to look very pretty on shallows alone. This is a PI stock and the large % of trades swap from one to another and many may have been singed by the retrace and many decided rthere's too much risk not for everyone. They need more investors and there's 2 ways to do that, deliver good news and get us on the radar and then start up the PR engine for the beauty parade but you need to look beautiful before you go on stage. The PR proces in 2017/2018 promised much but delivered little but they have the opportunity to gain attention this time if they have success behind them. Much easier to attract investment when revenues are growing and a funded operational program in place. They also may have institutional involvement as part of their Divi strategy, who knows but one thing is for sure, continued success will bring in new blood.

SP will continue to trend north and hopefully they’ll release the right news at the right time. The doubters will be waiting for a negative development, and we’ll get the ‘I told you so, must be insane etc. Never was without risk but heightened as a result of the protests but they’ve ended very rapidly and CSTO leaving already, most odd. Providing the stability continues, then so does the sp and many have had the opp to feed at the trough again.

Good ole Motley. Appreciate this was 6 months ago but what a difference 6 months makes. Prod doubled to 1.1m bopa and hopefully doubling again just from the shallows. $14.3m . Turnover is now over $70m, almost a fivefold increase and shallows along could take us to $140m in 2022. Throw in the barge rental and first deep @ 2500 bopd and t/over could easy reach $350m without other deeps coming online.

Yep,$84.78 and approaching the 2021 intraday high of $85.82 on 20/10. Where is Crude going if Omicron really is the end of severe Covid which looks highly likely. $100 this year ? quite possible and if Casper can build the prod volume from shallows alone, the numbers are going to look very pretty, the deeps will be the petrol that really sets it on fire.

All the trades today were buys from 11.22 and the last 4 trades amounting to 216k were also buys unles the bid jumped from 2.3 to 2.39p.
CSTO starting their exit tomorrow and we'll see whether there are any more flare ups, i'm not expecting any. So much opportunity for 2022 for this little OE minnow, a little luck and we'll be in double figures in Q1 and sp could get ahead of fundamentals if A8 flowed. Not going to be boring for all invested here.

Slowly inching up. All the trades since 11.22 are buys, it's almost as if the MM's don't want the price up ;) Crude also inching up, $84.25 now and the fundamentals strengthening all the time.

Still a tad confused re the 250k trade @ 5p yesterday? most odd.

The spending power is from PIs and i think any hot money scarpered or stop losses triggered, a very dangerous game to play. I am always tempted to add but no more for me, time to sit back and let Casper do the talking. Kuat clan is 'all in' and their wealth will come from sp appreciation. Every penny worth £10m to them, not small beer and they'll be £250m or 1 billion Tenge better off when a deep has flowed for 30 days at commercial rates. Next announcement is important but knowing that sp will increase on other news regardless of A8. If it dips, i'll have to break the promise to the Mrs re buying. Maybe swap around the investments and keep the same amount invested, that'll probably wash :)

Yep, Crude through $84 and Casper t/over through $70m at 3000 bopd. 10 wells drilled to date inc the 153 red till of existing well. How many more horizontals this year ? looks like 6kbopd+ achievable from MJF without SY horizontal approach . As each day passes without further unrest, this opportunity gets better as fear subsided.

I and others have raised the question re 5300m TD and why drill to 5450m. It could be laziness in RNS as 5300m was pre-set or maybe no oil from 5300m and 140m column over 3 or 4 zones ? between 4500 and 5300m. If it's 3, it's 90m to 5046m and another 50 found from 5046 to 5450m.

Why are they drilling the final 2 deep wells so quickly as opposed to spending the $8m on drilling 8 more shallow wells quickly this year to really accelerate production and profitable revenue ? Is it because they have seen potential from the A8 well hence the drilling to 5300m targets ? Or s it because they want to get the 2 last deeps out of the way to meet licence commitments which leaves them 2 years of the exploration licence left to possibly drill more or to spend the time on the 6 wells drilled to try and get them to flow commercially.

A8 update timing ? must've had the result of initial 5m perforation 3 weeks ago and probably perforated other 2 zones too. News, good, bad or indifferent is due now but i suspect timing is important after these riots so maybe they wait a little longer ? If oil was flowing, they could be 2 weeks or so through a flow test, a bit like the A5 flowing for 15 days befor it was made public. A bit like 154 and 153, maybe our Mr Shin's approach is to have completed flow test before news released to avoid setting false expectations as per previous 4 wells that have all blocked. The market won't like another 'just started flowing @ 3500bopd, oops we've dropped the metal bit down the hole again', that won't wash !!

The current Board Directors currently, including Aibek who worked for KNOC for 3 years, maybe that's the link to Mr Shin. The Options award is definitely a lock in but probably promised more to follow. No detail on the 'cash out' timing for the Options and hopefully there's a 3 year min term otherwise it doesn't incentivise him further. Hopefully the exercising of this first award is done in Q1 and Mr Shin continues to make the difference. The KNOC link, probably a very good suitor for Casper should they decide their days as an independent OE company are over.

The CSTO are starting to exit this week. I'm sue it will take weeks to facilitate an orderly retreat but it's very positive that this looks to be over and Tokayev has enough confidence in his armed forces/Police to deal with any unrest, probably far more prepared too !!

Casper's fundamentals improve rapidly with every horizontal success. How many more this year on SY/MJF ? Say 6 on MJF @ 600 bopd additional to existing wells drilled and 4 AT SY at the same ? Probably to optimistic but very doable as they now have the cash to do it and Crude @ $80+, even better.

This sp is going to spike and maybe it'll take a few more days before real interest returns. I feel like adding a big chunk today to give it a little push but i have far too many and Mrs Kuat would not be happy if she knew exactly how

A few more days of calm and investor confidence will continue to build. I think last weeks selling may have burned some leverage and probably weakened PI purchasing power . There will be some cash on the side but we now need news to bring in new investors .

The knockers have got it wrong and will be waiting at any opportunity to jump in and give their twopenneth but hopefully calm continues and the company fundamentals will do the talking.

Underpriced and more good news brings back the focus on the opportunity here.

Re Shin, buy shares....lol. That isn't the Casper way, it's only poor old Limerick who's had to pay his way although i still believe those transactions were salary sacrifices.

If they really do have good news on A8 to release, maybe it will be that they've perforated the 3 zones and now being put on flow test for 30 days. Not long to find out and hopefully as each day passes, the fear element re riots continues to dissipate.

Somm, re options, i do find it interesting from 2 perspectives. Firstly, there is news due on A8 and the Barge, maybe A7 spud and shallows too and i suspect that they may have to wait a few days before releasing news, could be seen as insider trading if sp shot up. Secondly, they could have issued shares at a lower strike rate when sp was far lower but obviously our Shin hadn't delivered success and it feels that they're rushing these through, maybe as they know that good news is on it's way.

Also re buying in the market, Edmund and wife have bought stock, the only Director to do so and has skin in the game so i'm happy with the Options award. Mr Shin probably doesn't have a spare £100k hanging around and a lot easy to exercise the Options when sp higher than the strike price :)

I suppose they could issue good news after this RNS due to all the troubles but i suspect it may be a few days. I could be miles off base but let's see.

5.5p, maybe not for much longer ! If good news were to be released, the sp would fly and our beneficiaries would miss the boat. I suspect that our Mr Shin can't afford to buy £100k+ of shares but he can obviously exercise the options if the sp was higher than the strike price. Could've offered the Options when the SP was 1.5p but he's done a great job since becoming COO and is the sudden award linked to the likelihood of positive news from A8 and others. Soon find out :)

Nice to Mr Shin rewarded and hopefully that 2.5m shares is an indication of more success to come. I'd have liked to see an exercise price of 20p but hey, you wouldn't incentivise without reason. Is it going to be an A8 winner ?? Let's flippin hope so.
